I was in need of an auto body shop and was recommended to Dave Sutter Auto Body. Even though I am not fanatic about my car, it's always scary taking it to a new body shop for the first time.
I had both a door that needed to be repaired and painted and the front valance replaced. Bryan spent about a half hour with me explaining in detail the repairs that would be made. He also not only gave me several options of how to save money on the repairs but the potential drawback of choosing the less expensive option. He did an excellent job of setting my expectations if I chose the cheaper option. He could have easily just quoted me only the most expensive option and nothing else.
Truthfully, since I was paying for the repairs out of pocket, I was planning to visit several auto body places to get a quote. But after meeting with Bryan, I no longer felt the need.
The repairs ended being about the $1900 that he quoted. I am very pleased with repairs to the door, painting of the door and other touchups and the valance replacement!!!!
Obviously, I hope I never need auto body repairs again. But if I do, I will be going directly to Dave Sutter Auto Body!!!!

This place is very honest and reliable, Bryan the manager is awesome, very professional and honest. The repair was done quickly. Everything was perfect. Will visit the shop again. Very reasonably priced as well.

Bryan was able to take a look at a really bad rock chip on my Jeep that began to rust, gave me a quote for the body work and paint, and schedule me. Wow! What great service! A thrifty theology student at the University of Notre Dame, I was thrilled with only having to pay a couple hundred dollars with what I thought was an astronomical problem. Sutter's is a great place, and I will gladly go back. They didn't take me through the ringer. They are honest and fair. My pastor/chaplain friend recommended them to me, and he didn't steer me wrong. I was so happy with the results. Thank you!! I will gladly recommend this place to others. I plan on getting my car inspected by them, too!
