Sent me to the northwest hub for the transfer to be shipped to the pickup store

Very pleasant experience, I believe the employees try to make it easy for the customer. I was pleasantly surprised. (Just like other drop off stores it is meant for smaller packages.)

It's inside of the big Dollar general store. There should be a large sign that you can see from the road, you shouldn't have to pull into the lot and pretty much go up to the door to realize it's Western Union and FedEx on the inside. Hope that helps.
