I had excellent communication and service with Robert. I had a contractor install my gazebo and he said it was definitely the most well built he had ever seen. It took three guys to raise the roof panels. I love it!

I bought a couple of outdoor gliders from them.Their service was great!!! There was a problem with delivery but they Resolved it with one hundred percent satisfaction !!

This was a very expensive set and it is not very comfortable at all. The seatbacks are very upright and Adirondack chairs are supposed to have a reclined seatback to make them much more relaxing to sit in. I almost feel like I am sitting in a school bus seat. They are built very solid and look very nice but are super uncomfortable. I would not recommend, especially for the price charged.

The products are great, although I did have some warped rafters and dinged up posts. I'd advise them to be a bit more careful with outgoing quality.

Our porch swing was sloppily put together, screws nearly missing the bottom bracing wood because the screw lines were really wavy. Looks like someone had beers over lunch before returning to work. Our contractor said it wouldn't affect sturdiness but it looked bad. I told Fifthroom and was given the number of the manufacturer instead of handling it themselves. Not acceptable. The manufacturer gave us free bolster pillows.
Update 6/20/24: The owner contacted me, apologized, and offered a 10% refund. That's stepping up. I added a star.

Buying experience could have been better. We received many incorrect parts, some boards were not pre drilled, arm rests were incorrect, the back sweetheart part was poorly routered, received no instructions, and the communication from Fifth Room was poor. Once we received everything needed to assemble, the process took longer than expected but we finally got the glider assembled. Thought the poly would last longer, has been outside for 2 months and it’s already showing its wear. We do like the look of the glider and enjoy using it but unfortunately will not be ordering from Fifth Room in the future.
