3 years ago I submitted a review, this is a 2023 update. When looking for a Place to play or Join, look no farther than Pheasant Ridge. So many improvements in the past 3 years. Several Tee boxes to choose from always in excellent condition. Fairways and Greens are Pristine. Improvements to cart paths and paving are ongoing. Bunkers have improved tremendously. Booking Tee Times at the Web Site is a breeze. Christian and The Professional Management Staff make you feel at home. Turf management team keep this track in Amazing Condition week after week. This Challenging layout and tricky green complexes will keep you coming back. Attention to the smallest detail is very impressive. Excited renewing my membership for the remainder of 2023 and looking forward to 2024 . Keep fixing those ball marks on these amazing greens and obey all cart signs. This is another reason why I play at Pheasant Ridge. See you out there!

Golfed at Pheasant Ridge this morning. Bob was friendly and personable; the very challenging course is in lovely condition. That being said, we did not have a nice time. There was no starter so the guys behind us teed off as we were hitting our second shot. They hit into us on ALL 18 holes. We tried to ignore them, but difficult as you are lining up to hit and a ball drops at your feet. When the holes brought us close enough, we told them to please stop hitting into us as it can be dangerous. Now we are by no means slow but would have let them play through just to get rid of them — there was no where to go as we were right behind the group in front of us.At the turn a young man jumped in front of us. So now we have a jumper holding us up and golf balls from behind flying into us. Have never done this before….I phoned Bob at the pro shop and told him what was going on. Bob was sympathetic, but just brushed me off. Later we saw a ranger drive by waiving at the guys behind us. No doubt reinforcing their belief that it’s totally acceptable to harass any lady golfers as they please.Do these people know it’s the 21st century??!!The final straw…I’m lining up to hit and the guys behind us come zooming down the fairway at us. Said they “wanted to scope out the final hole…”. Let me repeat. THEY DROVE STRAIGHT DOWN THE MIDDLE OF THE FAIRWAY AT US AS WE WERE HITTING.Just a final intimidation tactic…Shame on you Pheasant Ridge for brushing us off and for waiving these guys on. We won’t be back. To all ladies reading this: skip Pheasant Ridge. There are plenty of courses who welcome ladies on their course.

Nice track. Some challenging greens and some tight fairways but very well groomed. Enjoyed my round today and I'll be back!

I’d play more if I lived closer — would never get bored playing this gem. Great time — super cool staff and a nice bar. Strategic course, you can’t just pump driver out there. Greens had lots of contour, and a couple had HUGE two-tier elevations. Ran slow today but I still made nothing ha ha. Fairways are just wonderful condition. Super layout, great condition, friendly folks, what more do you want?

Great course! I've played here in the past with some friends and had a great time. Great people and great management!

Beautiful course. Definitely well maintained. I think they stack the tee times too close together, especially on weekends, and the play can be rather slow.

Pheasant Ridge is a great course to play anytime. With wide open fairways on some holes and tight tree lined spaces on others all golfers will be challenged during their round. Staff on and off the course we're beyond friendly. Happy I played and will be back again.

Golfed there on 6/24/2023. Great course but I think one thing that may go unnoticed is how great the staff is. From the rangers to the folks inside, everyone was awesome. The rangers were the highlight. They joked with us but gave us a heads up on things and some reminders. Really good people.Highly recommend! We will be back.

One of the best courses in the Pittsburgh area. Started playing here last year because it is close to my office. I liked it so much i joined this year. The course is always in great shape and they never have cart path only. Check it out.

I’ve played this course more than any other in the Pittsburgh area and it never disappoints. Always in great shape, most consistent greens with good speed. Not a long course but it does require some accurate tee shots. Best clubhouse staff you’ll find, absolutely A+ to anyone I’ve interacted with here.

Nice course in good shape. Fast greens but once you get the feel they are manageable. I've read some comments about tight fairways. Didnt feel that was the case. Pleasant staff.

Played yesterday, March 21,2023. Course was in great shape. Hot dogs were good. Greens a little slow but normal for this time of year. Reasonable price too! (For golf and for hot dogs)

Great little golf course. It’s very short but tight. My only problem is with tee boxes virtually right next to greens and a course that is completely packed, it’s not enjoyable. I believe they do 10 minute spaces between tee times so with as congested as it is, get ready to wait on each tee box for 10 minutes. Just too many people for the course layout.

Elevation changes are interesting and the course has a good selection of par 3's. Cart paths are awful. Bunkers aren't raked. Lots of unrepaired pitch marks on the greens. They also force you to create an online account and prepay for weekend tee times which results in obnoxious spam emails. They refused to take a tee time request over the phone.
