I’ve called the past 3 days for over 15 minutes of ringing with no answer. Can’t get in contact in any way shape or form. The customer service at this branch is the sole reason why I will be closing my account, and I’d advise anyone looking to open an account to go elsewhere if you want to have any control over your money. 1. Don't ask me if I want my card closed if you are going to do it regardless of what I say.2. If you are going to close my card then TELL ME so I can get a new one issued.

Customer service is top notch. Things are tough because of the pandemic and I praise these employees for taking safety precautions as well as going above and beyond for their customers. They are always pleasant and accommodating even when they are busy.

The employees of Pnc are doing the best they can during covid 19. I see employees greeting the drive thru outside and doing all they can to help assist the long lines. I love Pnc and couldn’t imagine a life without them. It’s not the employees fault they are limited to one drove thru lane...

Waiting 1/2 hour for drive through window. The line is blocking traffic and is dangerous!! PNC needs to find a better way! Line blocks the use of ATMs.

Always friendly, always helpful. Just be sure to make an appt if you need to talk to someone as the wait could be lengthy without one.
