Upon check-in the hotel charged me an additional $37. It made up for what they where loosing from a travel site

Got there real early in the morning and had to wait outside till 7am because the office isn't 24hr

I was charged for my stay though it was full refundable. The front desk clerk was eating while talking to me and asked me what did I want him to do about my problem as he was chewing. He was difficult to understand with a mouth full of food which was actually preferable to his rudeness when he swallowed his food.
