Super convenient location! I am always in and out with zero wait time (I advise making the appointment online). I like that I can check my results on their app and I usually get them back right away.

The girl that works there is rude and ignorant. Asked a question because no receptionist and was scolded because she was texting and I interrupted her social party. The guy there always seems nice. Maybe he can teach her a few things or have corporate have her take some be nice to customer classes. Someone might not be as nice as me someday.

I made an appointment to have blood drawn at the Quest Diagnostics location in Gibsonia, PA on February 2nd for today at 8:10am. Having fasted, I drove over this morning to find a half dozen people standing in front of the doors. The locked doors of a completely dark office. Apparently at some point between 2/2 and 2/16, Quest decided to close the office - only they did not notify any of the patients who had scheduled appointments. This is totally unacceptable. At the very least they should have notified us so we could reschedule. I managed to find an appointment at a different location 4x further away for Saturday- I just hope the results are ready in time for my doctor's appointment. At any rate, this is completely unprofessional. It's time to start using LabCorp.

I like this quest diagnostics and gibsonia is close to my house. The technician did an excellent job taking my blood. Yes I would recommend people to go to quest diagnostic to get your blood drawed.

All my family goes to this location. Great service. Kind and caring staff (Monica and Chris). I have never waited more than 5'. I always schedule my appt. Of course, the walk-ins have to wait more. Highly recommend this location.

This location is in the plaza next to Rite Aid off of Ewalt Rd. There is private parking. The phlebotomists are a bit of a mixed bag when it comes to bedside manner. Some are friendly some don't say more than 2 words to you. If the staff were friendlier I'd give them 5 stars. They do take walk-ins but you may have a bit of a wait because they honor appointments before walk-in patients. That being said, if you follow the steps below you will be in and out in a matter of minutes.1. Go to questdiagnostics.com and make an appointment. You will receive a confirmation email and a text if you provide your cell number.2. In preparation for your appointment, drink A LOT of water!3. Bring a mask.4. The day of the appointment you will get a text to check in. If you haven't provided a cell number, check in on the kiosk in the lobby.5. While waiting for your appointment get out your prescription, driver's license, and insurance card. You'll get called back, give them your paperwork, they'll take your blood and your on your way!

Very poor process to get bloodwork done. Had to wait over 90 minutes to get tests done. They don't open until 7:00. Most places like this open at 6am. My guess is that they are short staffed and trying to make the best of it.

We had to undergo COVID test to my child due to the potential exposure, to get clearance to get back to school. I've called the quest customer service where the rep confirmed that as long as my kid is asymptomatic and we have the order in the system, we should be good to go. I've scheduled online appointments using the "COVID" option. When arrived, the tech told us they don't do the COVID tests for patients with exposures. When I explained her that I've checked prior to scheduling and was given a different info by the call center rep, she let us in, and called on the phone her supervisor (according to the tech). As per phone conversation, it was mentioned by the tech that she is about to go to NJ to her elder family, and she doesn't want to get sick. When she hang up the phone, she said ok, we will do the test, but I will have to do it on my own, after she gives me the swab stick. It was weird, but I agreed. Then she opened up the computer system and told us, she can not perform the test, since the MD put it as a "STAT" test and they only run it as routine test. I know it was an easy fix, so I offered the tech to call the MD, so the "STAT" word can be deleted from the order, however the tech had refused to accept my offer, stating we need to leave and reschedule, once we have updated script. I asked to speak with tech's SV, but she had refused to connect me with the one, stating she just spoke with her supervisor, and supervisor won' speak with me. I asked the tech to show me her name badge with the name, which was turned backwards, but she covered it with her hand and said she won't disclose it. As per my kid, who was witnessing all the event, tech's name started with "M", she is short caucasian lady with the curly hair. The event took place on 12/13/21 at 12:45pm. We usually using a different branch, but we went to this branch in Gibsonia for the first time, because they offered open appointment for COVID testing. I know usually the staff are very professional, but this particular tech is far from any professional representation.

Went for a bloodwork appointment in mid-October to gain clearance for a new job. Back then, I was charged $14.00 even though i had insurance, but that was okay cause sometimes it happens. However, quest has charged me multiple times after (its December now) for nothing. Anytime I attempt to call, an automated message drones on, and any attempt to contact billing asks me for an account number. WHAT ACCOUNT NUMBER??? I have none since these are extra charges on my account for no service. If I could give zero stars I would, simply because I’ve been charged long after my appointment, and any attempt to call and fix the situation leaves me stonewalled with automated voice messages. Avoid Quest Diagnostics at all costs, I’m still waiting for my money back.

Most people don't look forward to having to get blood drawn, but Chris at Quest in Gibsonia made the process so quick and pain-free (literally), I won't think twice about it next time.

Professionialism?I arrived at 7:15 am today, and was brought back for my blood tests (the only positive here...)After this everything else that happened was kind of confusing and a little shocking. I was told that the technicians were unable to find the orders sent by the doctor. I also wondered if they had sent them somehow electronically, but they hadn't.At this point I spent about 10 minutes asking where the test orders could be, and one of the technicians walked out of a different room with a few papers saying, "Here's the tests for you." As it turns out, it was orders from a totally different doctor from 6 months prior which were no longer needed. As I looked through the pages, I discovered some blood test orders for another patient. I mentioned to the techician that this paper was not for me, and she seemed very much like she wanted to do everything possible to cover up the mistake she had made.Throughout this entire process, I seem to be the one who was getting blamed.Um, for what?

After reading some of the reviews, I was all set to pass up this Quest Office for one further away. But decided to give it a try and very glad I did. The Technician (Doctor), Chris, was very people friendly. I was in and out in no time. Definitely will not hesitate to use this Quest Office again.

Chris seems to be the only one that can hit the vein the first time. Other places I've gone to leave me looking like a pincushion.

While the Tech's seem to be ok they are not thorough. They enter incorrect codes for billing and refuse to correct. They affected my credit rating? I will never use them again.
