I don't know what happened to this Rite Aid but it is awful now. They're out of medication and don't even know it until they go to fill it. They say when your order will be ready and you go the next day and it's still not done. They waste your time.

I cant say enough good about the service I get in the pharmacy from the 2 Pharmacists (Jenn and Colleen) as well as the techs. They are very knowledgeable about any med related questions I have also. They go out of their way to interface between the doctor and insurance company to resolve any issues that have risen when med claims have been denied by my insurance. I live 10 miles away and I actually pass by Giant Eagle and CVS pharmacies to buy my meds here because of the friendly service. I'm always greeted by name and a friendly wave. If a med refill prescription is expired they contact the proper doctor to get it renewed without me needing to do anything. I know this is a busy store especially because they have the drivethrough window, but they manage to keep me from having to wait long when I come in to pick up my meds. Very well run pharmacy

Very bad experience. I was scheduled for my second shot and they had no clue. Very disorganized pharmacy. I was not only one. Hopefully they gave me right shot lol
