The real tall guy is unfriendly and does a terrible job. I needed a label printed which he could have and should have done but instead he acted like that was not his job.

I’ve driven here 2 saturdays in a row when it said open and you were closed. It’s kind of out of the way so major pain in the butt. I get you closed early for Veterans Day but this most recent Saturday there is no excuse for.

Horrible experience!! I shipped a product to my dad in January of this year. I paid for the product to be packaged and had to tell the young man at the counter to please include the power adapter he left lay on the counter. My dad received it with no power adapter. I alerted Patrick who said he would file a claim. I have been visiting the store every couple months to inquire and he keeps telling me he has heard anything. He checks the computer etc at this point I am guessing pretending he actually is going refund me my $300 I am out....I will never give this store another dime. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for your shipping needs.

So easy to drop your items for delivery.They will package items and mail.No waiting great customer service.Same service provided for all needs.

I would like to say lost my large package but more likely they stole it!! It never made it to the first hub!! I work for a large company and we are switching all thousands of packages to FedEx!

Patrick/Pat is a conscientious owner and the people are really nice and accommodate your requests without an attitude that I have noticed in some other UPS locations. They follow instructions carefully and take care of all my printing needs. I print an average of 500 copies a month with them and found them to be very reliable. I can trust their quality of work. You might be wondering that I am a big client so they are good to me. That’s not the only way I am evaluating them, they treat all their customers with courtesy. That’s not too common these days.

Arrived at this store at 4:38 today, Saturday, June 3rd and the door was locked! After traveling out of our way because the website said open till 5:00.What is up with that? Shameful

The exemplary service I received today at this store is worthy of a public review. I took my non Amazon returns to this store and was having difficultly matching the labels with the packages. The retailer made it hard to match up and I was getting so flustered and frustrated with myself. I was also getting anxious and I did not want to create a backup of other customers. The gentleman working today, Brandon, took such good care of me -he basically took over and put me at ease. He said "I got this or I'll help you get this right" and insisted on helping me through it. Brandon went above and beyond, and with great patience, to match up the items with these wacky return labels. He made me feel so good and so less uncomfortable. He spent about a half an hour with me, taking other customer in between, and figured it all out. Brandon, thank you. There's a saying that people may not remember what you say but how you make them feel and you made me feel so lucky. What you don't know is the struggles I had this morning and that I was not feeling well at all. You were an angel to me and I so appreciate your help and patience. You really made my day. Service like you provided is near extinct but you proved that stellar service can still be found. Again, my since appreciation for how you took care of me today.

Heaven forbid if you have an Amazon return and use this store to drop your packages off. The whiny excuse for an employee who is behind the counter is absolutely miserable and does not hide his distain for you doing business here. Too bad they ate the closest location for drop off. I do make sure I take the larger more cumbersome boxes here ...just to inconvenience him a little more. Dude needs to find a job that doesn't involve customer service.

If I was the owner of the store I would immediately fire the miserable man. He has no bedside manner when it comes to talking to customers. I literally drive 25 minutes out of the way to no longer go here.

I can't believe how miserable that dude at the front desk is. He was grumbling the whole time I was doing business here. It's like it's my fault that he has to do his job.I was very close to putting this guy in his place.I'm not from around here, but that kind of service is going to get you cussed out.
