Grossly mismanaged site!!!! Some days the mail arrives before noon,other days late afternoon,sometimes not at all. That's if you even get your own mail instead of others on the same road,this has happened for years! Here's an idea, put someone in charge of this branch who has a CLUE!

This is the best PO in the area! The staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I've been to numerous other Post Offices in PA and never had the pleasant experience I've always enjoyed at the Gibsonia branch. The employees are obviously led by a great postmaster.

There’s a male worker there (maybe late 30s early 40’s?) who has to be the most unpleasant, unhappy person I’ve ever encountered at a Post Office or frankly anywhere. It’s not even in response to any issue. He’s like that every time I have gone there for the past 6+ years. I have decided that while it’s a convenient location for me, I will go elsewhere so I don’t have to interact with him

Chris is the best! He was so patient and went above and beyond to help me get two separate refunds from packages that weren’t delivered overnight even though I paid for overnight shipping. I didn’t have the receipt for the one but he was able to find it for me and remained kind even though they were packed since it was right before Christmas. He’s just the best I can’t put into words how helpful and kind he was.

The USPS GIBSONIA delivery people are the worst I have ever had delivering mail. I either get someone else's mail or I don't get mine. Guess what? The postmaster does seem to care because " they are new people" and you know how that is now a day's.

Liars packages for the last 20 yers has been delivered to my house or mailbox now i get a note saying not allowed in driveway but they report back to sender no secure location checked usps site it says nothing about not allowed in driveway postmaster like any gov employeewill not do anything about issue and there is realy noone else to ggggo to

This post office has the most rude employees. There is an older man that barks his words at everyone as if they are idiots. Geez- I am so sorry to bother you AT YOUR JOB! There is a woman that speaks in such a condescending way and is curt and indifferent with customers. When I ask a question, she doesn't take the time to listen to an answer or even a question before she begins her ritual of spewing out her words as if she is the boss of the world. She answers wrong because she never listened to the whole question. Very rude. I wish I knew her name but I didn't want to stay in there long enough to hear her bitching. She even went to the rear and was bitching at another employee ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS! We can hear you lady! She is stocky with shoulder length hair that is frosted with blonde but dark roots. So very rude. Someone really needs to work with these long-term employees that don't know the meaning of customer service. I really don't think the customers are coming in to be yelled at or spoken to as if they annoyed the employees by coming in.
