The gentleman with the beard, I believe his name was James, he's an excellent sales rep. l had several issues with my phone and he showed great concern for every issue. James was very professional and I really appreciate people like James, he makes me feel like the company cares. Please give him a raise he deserves every dollar he earns.

Excellent Customer Service! Jay, the store manager, is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me get my phone up and working and even helped save me some money on my phone bill.

The employee was multitasking and helping 3 of us at once and he was on top of it! The service was exceptional. He helped me turn my phone into a hotspot upgraded my plan for less money. He was very knowledgeable!
