They need to loose some of its staff. They are some arrogant ppl. Who screams at a customer on the phone. And then steals their money????

They don't tell you there is a 90 day grace period of not being able to mobile deposit checks. They also don't put your checks in for a day or so even if you go to the bank in person !!! What kind of ridiculous rules are these ? I'll be going to a different bank.
