Sorry excuse for a pharmacy, I would not recommend anyone to this location. My meds have never been in stock, any of the various times I’ve been here and I’ve wasted a tremendous amount of time waiting for prescriptions.

I’m only giving 2 stars because the people at the pharmacy who check you out are usually very nice. But everything else sucks. Meds never ready on time. Can’t call the pharmacy and talk to a human, you HAVE to leave a voicemail. They will not be calling you back. Pharmacist usually has an attitude. Heard employees cussing to each other. Just absolute trash, like every other cvs pharmacy lol

Drive through informed us that they just opened and it would take them another 15 minutes to get eye drops together. We then saw employees meandering in ten minutes after opening. While listening to conversations in the pharmacy, one employee had to leave to go home and grab something.
Am I the only one who has a job where I have to hit the ground running during hours of operation?

Very nice and accommodating staff at the pharmacy. They called to the provider on our behalf to resolve the problem with our prescription. The wait was very short and we were on our way. I could not be more impressed. Not sure why all the bad reviews..

Pharmacy will not answer the phone. Why should I have to leave a message and wait for you to call me back. Disgraceful. Poor business!

We were helped by Robert. He was super nice, gave me and my little brother a sticker and he was chatting with me and my brother while my mom went to find something she forgot. He was helpful and nice, not like other grumpy older teens. Was nice and gave us kids stickers. If you see this review, tell him we said thanks!

I just called asking about the wegovey and the woman who I spoke to was extremely rude and judgemental. She is like, "Everyone wants this drug for weight loss and it's supposed to be used for diabetes." I then tried to explain that we wouldn't need this drug if Bill Gates and China weren't buying up all the farmland and poisoning the food supply with their genetically modified food. She then proceeded to talk over me saying, "If you just eat healthy..." I am like, "Ma'am, it's not even about that. Go Google Bill Gates and his new Apeel pesticide he is spraying on the HEALTHY produce and how Bill Gates is genetically modifying chicken by lab growing it." She then hung up on me. People like this should not be working in a pharmacy let alone customer service.Edited to add:Food is only one contributor to weight gain. Other factors include having a hormone imbalance such as a thyroid condition, being deficient in vitamins, and being on mental health medication. People need to understand this and not be so judgmental when people are trying to get healthy.

I frequently go to this location and the front of the store manager is always friendly and helpful. However tonight I had just come from urgent care and was diagnosed with the flu. I waited in line for at least 20 minutes before I was helped by some Karen who told me that my insurance wouldn't accept it and I wound up waiting in the consultation window for another 20 minutes before they could help me. According to them there was a glitch in the system and eventually I was able to get my prescription approved after almost an hour of waiting. I was in dire pain but held it together even though I was ready to pass out. The customer service at the pharmacy is greatly lacking and they had 4-5 people working in the pharmacy. They seriously need to get their heads out of their asses.

Called trying to be extremely nice, explained the situation about my prescription. Pharmacist told me it’s “not my fault you lost your prescription” and I explained “this is why I want to transfer locations” and he said “go ahead do it” argumentative staff to nice people. Pharmacist refused to give me his name until he finally said it was “George” whether that’s true or not. Better training is needed at this location. I let the pharmacist know that’s highly inappropriate for him to speak to me that way considering I was nice the whole call.
