Im not sure, perhaps its just an over whelming business to be able to keep every customer happy:
#1-i attempted to voice some displeasure or confusion while picking up prescription and the woman wasnt having any of it.
#2-followed up w/ pharmacist via phone call and he wasnt having it either.
Was put on a blood thinning drug along w/ 3 other new medicines and didnt realize i was only given a 30 day supply and CVS let it run down to 2 pills left. What if I had left the state for a fall vacation or something. think Im going mail order w/ this drug.

Excellent service at the CVS pharmacy at the Gilbertsville CVS!
My prescription was ready to pick in less than an hour of the doctor submitting it. The pharmacy tech who helped me at the counter was helpful, efficient and friendly!

Pharmacist and staff went above and beyond to get my medication down to zero. I can't thank them enough for going the extra mile to help me with that. I would highly recommend this location.

The pharmacists are always helpful and attentive, especially with my daughter's prescriptions. The store staff is also very friendly, making every visit a pleasant experience.

I miss my old Pharmaceuticals, Steven. He always stayed active my involved involved my mediation needs never Skipping a beat. never ran out of meds and I had 29+ scripts there. He reached out to Me often keeping me involved. He didn't rely on person who was Picking up my meds ... Steven called me directly to get my instruction. I miss him Deeply, there seems to he a high turnover with the staff. they are friendly but the personal touch doesn't seems to he there anymore like When Steven ran his Pharmacy. I choose not to Accept, \\\"good Enough\\\" attitude. i deserve the BEST possible care.
