I walked in at 1pm and didn’t realize they closed at 1:30 (I was the only one there). While the one receptionist was getting some information from me, another person walked in about 5 minutes later and the receptionist said “And here comes another one. These people have nothing better to do” under her breath to her co worker (clearly referring to myself and the other person coming in). There was more than one phlebotomist working and I walked out at 1:16 so I am not sure what the rudeness was for. So I would avoid walking in close to 1 if you want to avoid this woman being upset that she has to do her job.

The phlebotomists at this location are so friendly and punctual! Getting bloodwork done here is also painless & fast! Thank you to the staff here for always doing such a great job! My family has been going here for at least the last 10 years!

Incredibly rude and slow staff. After only 5 people were able to go through in an hour, I asked about when I’d be able to get in. The woman at the front instantly became indignant. Followed by being passed over for services and then the tech managed to miss a vein that has never been missed before. Highly recommend going somewhere else.

I don’t typically write reviews but after this morning I feel like I should.
I go out of my way to go to this LapCorp because they have a phlebotomist here (short blonde hair) that is great. This morning I show up and was asked about my work order. I let phlebotomist know it should have been sent over. I get sent back to room 1, phlebotomist comes in and I said “we’re you able to find the work order or should I contact someone” to her looking at me and saying “you wouldn’t be in this position if I didn’t”.
How is it 6am, they just turned the lights on as I pull up and you’re already rude.
Poor bedside manner and communication.

There was a ton of people in the waiting room when we arrived and they still got us out very quickly. Super pleasant as well!!

Best labcorp around. Tracey, I believe her name is, is the absolute best. Very patient and great stick even with difficult patients and I brought her some challenges! Thank you!

This facility is excellent! Everyone there is fairly kind but mainly they get you in and out within minutes. They are never running late

No one EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!! NEVER!!! Tgen I drive over, they are open, and I called 3x while in the office and no phone rings at all!!!

I’m not sure why the blonde woman that works there seems to have a strong dislike towards me. I went on Thursday and she said that they didn’t have anything called in for me, then I went today and she said they had two orders for me since my doctor called it in for me again. She said she was confused on which to do, I said both? How am I supposed to know. I asked if they were different tests and she said yes, so I said I guess my doctor wants all of them. I have to get bloodwork every 3 months, I don’t know anyone that likes bloodwork. Not sure why she claimed I didn’t have a lab order called in last week bc today she said I did. My health issues aren’t really something she should be concerned with. I’m literally just there bc my doctor wants me there. I’ve never had an issue with anyone else at that location. She rolled her eyes and told me to go back to the room. If she hates her job that much, she should really change jobs. I didn’t do or say anything wrong to her. So I’m not sure what was up with her attitude. If it was just once that is one thing, but this is twice in a week. And I shouldn’t have had to come back a 2nd time. I’ll start going out of my way to go to a different location and pray that my insurance will start letting me go to quest.

I know nobody likes to give blood, but it took me a year and 1/2 to get in to do mine and thank goodness I got a tech named Tracy! I am a very hard stick (having had many surgeries before, this I know!), and Tracy was very kind, patient and understanding. She went the extra mile by putting the tourniquet over my sleeve as to not upset me, and she even went and got and got an extra small needle, so it wasn't so bad at all! I have had to go 3 times in the last 3 weeks, and luckily, I got Tracy every time! If you have to give blood and live in the Gilbertsville area, please ask for Tracy, you will get excellent care:)
