I always have pleasant experience at Quest in Gilbertsville. The ladies are very professional and friendly. They put you at ease when they know getting your blood taking is not your favorite thing.

I scheduled an appointment online for basic yearly labs. I checked in on the ipad. I had my orders with me from my doctor and my questselect card on my phone. The nurse was nice and very quick. I was in and out in maybe 15-20mins on a Saturday with no problems.
The nurse told people in the waiting room if you have no appointment they might not get to you (this was around 11am on a saturday). Based on my experience I'd recommend making an appointment over walking in.

They did not do all the tests my doctor ordered. I found out when the results came in not all the tests ordered were done. Is this a way to charge me more than one visit?
