I feel bad for this location they have been so thoroughly hamstrung by whatever corporation owns them that they can barely do business anymore. They can only carry base models of the phones, accept Apple in some limited cases. They limited in what they can offer when it comes to home Internet. In general they can't really offer any of the deals . The staff is knowledgeable and helpful they do the best they can with what they have. I wish I could come here for everything T-Mobile but I always have to either order or go somewhere else. It sucks

Service. Switched from Verizon was told 200 dollar Visa card for each phone 100 dollars for tablet never told could only be used at T-Mobile.

Went to the store New Year's day to get a new Sim card put into a phone I had bought. They told me since I was a Sprint customer they couldn't do anything. I went to the Pottstown store and they handled everything for me. Out of curiosity I asked the person working why the Gilbertsville store couldn't help me and the response was that all stores are trained to handle both systems since they merged. Should have figured since I was in the day before getting a liquid shield put on a phone and an older gentleman asked to remove a line from his account and the response was to call customer service. Would never go back to the Gilbertsville store again. Poor customer service and sounds like they are incompetent at their job's.

This store is horrible. The staff act like they know what’s going on and just tell you a bunch of information about the plan/deals without writing anything down. They ended up terminating my mobile services to switch to tmobile and then didn’t have the phones they said they had. After that they put our numbers on sim cards and said we could use our previous phones, but when sim card was put in phone it didn’t work(needed sim unlocking) They sent us home with no service even though our numbers were now transferred over to tmobile. Its been 5 days of absolute hell with them and we still have a non working number that we are constantly trying to get working. The manager and staff at the Gilbertsville store could care less and are taking no responsibility for what they did(the process) leaving us (the new customer) stranded and having to go down rabbit holes with tmobile and our previous provider with still no solution. They act like its no big deal and like “oh well” . Phones are essential now a days. They should be ashamed and held accountable by Tmobile

Had a big issue with my new phone. Mike L was so great in helping me resolve my issue and was pleasant to work with. I really appreciate him for all his help. Would recommend this T-Mobile location because of my experience with Mike today. Thanks again Mike!

Glitches with my A32 Samsung phone necessitated a replacement phone. The phone was mailed out & received the next day. Good so far. Then I spent 1.5 hours attempting to transfer info to replacement phone. Giving up I called TMobile fir tech support. The wait time was over 30 minutes. Not so good. Then a total of 3 hours with TMobile "experts" and Sumsung with no success with transfer. Getting worse. Decided to go to a T Mobile store in state I was visiting. Closest one was 1 hr 15 minutes away. Grrr. Representative there did not take long, about 30 min to transfer info. Feeling a little better.But later I discovered not ALL got transfered. Not happy now.Another long wait for tech support, all the while on hold listening to repeated message of how fast and good TMobile's customer serice is.Not this time . Not fir this customer. Now seriously miffed.Finally decided to go to store nearest my home in home state, now past the 7 day time when old phone was to be returned.A representative there did another transfer. Took about an hour. Still one very important app did not transfer. He worked and worked at it trying many ways until he met with success!That employee is Nashone Hargrove. He needs to be acknowledged and commended. What multiple others could not or would not do in many hours of time he succeeded with a good attitude, too.I have been with TMobile for 10 + years . Were it not for Mr. HARGROVE I would be switching and taking a lot of ppl I have referred with me.T Mobile needs employees like Nashone Hargrove. Do what it takes to keep him.
