If you want to wait for 20 plus minutes in a drive through with two cars ahead of you then by all means come here! Do ANY of these fast food places NOT understand that the two things that made them popular and successful were PRICE and SPEED? They are stupid expensive and slow as molasses now and people are beginning to take note. It’s sad to see them destroy themselves like this but oh well!

One employee was standing In The Drive thru not acknowledging a customers that are in the store. The manager was being so ignorant. My customers asked the question about the orders that was placed ordered on Kiosk standing there about 20 minutes, waiting to pay for the order because we were paying for cash. Any other Taco Bell we go to The Employees are very nice. Other than the one in Boyertown they’re so ignorant over there. Manager was very rude in the Boyertown Taco Bell.

You don't get what you over pay for. The Gilbertsville store continues to not get your order correct. If you don't check your bags before leaving the drive-thru you are guaranteed a return trip to pick up what they forgot to give you (without an apology). When returning to store and going inside to tell them; there was an overall lack of response, no apology, blank and unfriendly stares and just plain rudeness. It's a joke, they put a card in your bag to contact the manager via text, telephone and e-mail. Upon texting my complaint/missed items in bags, there was no reply.That's it, I will never return to this store in the town I live in and, rest assure I will inform my family and friends of this store's' ineptness and no-manners manager. The card indicates the general Mgr. is Deccan S, Regional General Manager. It's a damn shame,

Terrible. Walked in and was the only person standing in the lobby and no one acknowledged me for a few minutes. I was picking up for DoorDash so time is money I’m the only one there nobody in the drive-through and they’re standing around chitchatting and moving so slowly to make the order. They are just plain rude and honestly it looks disgusting back there. I wouldn’t eat there if you paid me.

The service here was terrible. I went through the drive through and they managed to mess up my drink order twice there and then still get it wrong when they went to give me the drinks. I had to explain to the person at the window 3 more times what 2 drinks I wanted. I only had 2! Drinks, how could they mess it up that much?!

I don't get to get Taco Bell often but when I do the staff are always pleasant and polite, the food is done in a timely manner, and my order is always right!

This location is pretty good for a taco bell. The food has been fresh The last few times and if it continues it will be a great fast food place in boyertown.
