“I had such a great experience at the O'Reilly store in Girard, PA on Thursday 1/29/2026 and this guy, maybe late 20's or early to mid 30's was absolutely fantastic! I'm just really bummed I didn't get his name though but I still wanted to give a shout out because he deserves it. I walked in and was very embarrassed about not knowing much about oil changes and he made me feel so secure! He showed me how to properly check the oil, the color of it and even the feel of it to get a better understanding and told me I was good till my appointment next week. I highly recommend this place because first impressions matter! He was so friendly, helpful and the best part of my night was ending it with a fist bump haha!”
