Friendly helpful staff and usually not long waits. Better living thru pharmaceuticals.

They don't always answer the phone, its rings and rings and then it disconnects. I called again this morning. I was on hold for 25 minutes. I had to disconnect because my hand went numb holding the phone. This is unacceptable. If they need to hire someone to answer the phone.
