These guys were the best! I went to three different auto stores....everyone told me or was my alternator!!!!
It wasn't! Shawn at O'Reilly was completely honest with me! (I'm a single woman). He showed me the battery and alternator tester! They were all just trying to sell me parts I didn't need!!! Ty so much everyone at O'Reilly! Especially Shawn!! Highly recommend 👌 👍 👏 🙌

I will never do business with O'Reilly Auto Parts store again. When it first opened they were great! Customer service now is diminished. No patron should be made to feel less than, treated rudely, talked about an a derogatory manner...none of this! I am spending my hard earned money else where. This is why a place will go out of business or closed. Thanks, but no thanks.
