This is a store with predatory behavior. Do not send people that don’t understand phone plans alone into this store. The employees will add all kinds of unnecessary, costly extras onto your plan without telling you, and even change your plan without telling you. It has taken us three customer service calls and counting to undo everything one of the employees did to our account. To name a few: added insurance ($17/month) without asking, added Next Up ($10/month) without asking, added AT&T turbo to ALL LINES ON THE ACCOUNT for ($7/month each x6). Buyer beware, pick a different store

Hakeem did an amazing job in assisting us upgrade our phones. He was very personable and efficient. It’s hard to come across great customer service these days so it was refreshing to work with him.

BEWARE!!’ Bought a new phone there (Glen Mills) yesterday and salesperson (I think it was the manager) snaked me by adding a $17/mo device protection plan which I did not request or need. I already have a protection plan that covers four devices. Called them today to get it removed and he said I have to call ATT customer service or come in to the store even though HE deceitfully added the protection plan. UPDATE: Asked for a smaller iPhone 15 yesterday with 256 mb memory and he said couldn’t get one with 256 mb unless we got a larger phone. However, I see there is another, better, iphone 15 that has 256 mb. ALSO, he didn’t tell us we could trade in the old phone and possibly get a bill credit.
I experienced several other issues there yesterday and will add them to this post at a later time. If I were you, I would not go to this store.

I have had to go to this AT&T store 3 times over the last year or so for a variety of things. We have worked with Javon each time and he is one of the most efficient, knowledgeable and friendly associate we have ever dealt with. I would highly recommend working with him to get your issue fixed!

The glen mills store is awesome. Tommy was great and took time to make sure I got phone I needed and helped me order it. Other stores haven't been good and hours weren't accurate but glen mills att was awesome.
