I'm not sure where to begin and what kind of place they are running here. For starters, when I first came to look at the vehicle, it was extremely dirty and had broken parts. I was not made aware of the fact the car was not ready for true sale. After pointing out the broken parts, I waited a week for the car to be detailed and fixed. I was handed off three times to different sales people who were not in communication about anything. I asked twice before coming back if the two specific broken parts were fixed and if the car had been detailed. I was assured the car was ready to go. Coming back, ready to buy the vehicle, it was not detailed well by any means and there was still a broken part. I chose to move forward with the sale as I desperately needed a car. While filling out paperwork I noticed a higher price for the vehicle than was discussed with the first sales person. Luckily I caught this mistake. I was told about a warranty program the first visit and agreed to it only to hear extra details about more costs AFTER paperwork was already being filled out. There was not clear communion of the product and it felt very deceptive. So now I sit here, driving to the shop for a third time, three weeks after buying the car waiting for over 2 hours for their "20 minute" fix of the part that was not repaired after the initial visit. I asked for an update after an hour of waiting and was told they were confirming the part was in, though I was told the part was here when I called to schedule the service. I hope to never have to step foot in this place again and would NOT recommend unless you're up for disappointment and unprofessional service.

Purchased a Chrysler Voyager a little over a month ago. For the price and the miles it was perfect to fit our family. There was some minor things that had to be done to the car. All of these problems were addressed before the car was purchased. One of the things being the car was pulling. The gentleman assured my husband this would be fixed before the car was given to us. The day my husband drove home with the car he said it still pulls. He called the dealership Monday and addressed the problem. Dealership said it would be fixed the next time we brought it in to have something else fixed. Lets just say it was not fixed then! Now a third time. My husband calls and says its still pulling its not fixed. This time we get a report that says the alignment is okay. But yet it still pulls! Now were calling back again! I'm trying to be patient here and not have to write a review. Lets bring it to this morning. The car is picked up and taken to the shop. Where the guy that drove the car says there is nothing wrong with it! And now wants to ride in the car with my husband next week! What kind of joke is this? Did you know there was some type of problem when you sold us the car? So now time will be missed from work to handle this problem.

What a delightful car-buying experience! I usually grow weary of car shopping after the first day- but not this time! Everyone at Carshop was so helpful,” and accommodating..and at no point did I ever feel pressured! I ended up with the car I have always wanted at a great price that was substantially below KBB!

I bought my first car here! I wasn’t entirely planning on buying that day, but after test driving my new (to me) KIA I decided to just go for it. Since I wasn’t expecting to buy that day, I was pretty ill-prepared. But thanks to the helpful staff, I was able to finish the transaction in just a few hours!Haggle-free pricing is great. As a first time buyer, I would have absolutely been taken advantage of at your average dealership. But Carshop has good cars at reasonable prices, and even gave me a sweet deal on my trade-in.Overall, my experience with Carshop was amazing. Loving my new car!

Buying a vehicle at this place is easy and there's no pressure that you will usually have with regular dealerships. I like the fact that you can test drive the vehicle without a salesperson breathing down your neck so you can really get a feel for the vehicle. The price is what it is that you see online, and you don't have to worry about all of the extra hidden fees most dealerships try to add later to try to rip you off. It's a great experience here and this is my second time purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. The only thing is that you can't haggle the price, but the prices are fairly reasonable. And the cars are kept in great condition and serviced. They have a great selection of vehicles to choose from and the staff is very pleasant.
