The worst customer experience of my life. I deposited a check into my citizens account on Friday 5/19. The bank where it came from said the money was in citizens hands on Monday 5/22 at midnight . Citizens would not release it to me. I spent 3 hours on the phone trying to get this solved to no avail, so I went to branch. It was about 15-20 minutes prior to closing. I sat down with the manager Josh. When I told him my issue, he began hemming and hawing, cracking his knuckles, clearly disturbed. I suspect because he realized that he wasnt going to get it done before closing. I told him I wasn't leaving until they released my money. He told me it was too much $$ for him to approve. I asked him to put me on the phone with the regional manager. He said he couldn't and wouldn't. I again reiterated I was leaving until he helped me. I had a capital call to meet and thats why I deposited check so I could wire the money from my local bank. A bank that I have been with for 30 years without ANY issues with my account. He ultimately called the regional manager who reportedly said he was unwilling/unable to help me either. The manager would Not let me talk to the regional manager, Jason. It was now 4:10 and I again reiterated I wasnt leaving until such time as he or someone helped me. I in no way threatened him or raised my voice. I just told him I wanted my money in my account so I could wire it.. The other bank's back office said they would be happy to talk to citizens to tell them the money was released and that I HAD the funds to cover the transaction. Nope, he refused to even call them to check. I again asked him to talk to regional manager. He refused. Ultimately I realized that the manager or regional manager were UNWILLING to help me and I left. He had locked me in the bank.As I was getting in my car, a police officer came up to me and told me to get out of the car. I asked why. Apparently the manager had called the police. I was harassed by the police and told I had been accused of trespass because I told him I wouldn't leave.Again, I had in NO way threatened the manager either verbally or physically. Ultimately I was released to go home. I went to another branch(as I was told I wasnt allowed back at that branch.) I took a bank letter(why nobody ever suggested this to me is beyond ridiculous) from the other bank proving I had plenty of money to cover check. It still took another 48 hours to get my money released. I complained to the President's office. A complete waste of significant time. Was told it was "reviewed" and they would not tell me the results of review. I found the regional managers email(no one at citizens was willing to give it to me) I have never heard back from him. Needless to say I am researching banks to move to.

Be aware of misleading promotional claims and marketing scams! The marketing mail-in promotion for opening a new account turned out to be a scam. The branch manager opened the new account using the promotional flyer and promised $300 by the end of August (6 months of deposit activity). But just as in any marketing scam, 6 months later nothing was ever honored. $300 was not issued although every condition required on account deposit activity was meticulously fulfilled. The manager (of course) is gone by the time the account was "eligible" to receive the promised promotion, and the other manager refused to honor it even though I still have the old marketing flyer. You walk in thinking this is a big reputable bank you can trust, but you end up being a victim of a marketing scam lured with false promises!

Andrew at this branch is exceptional, always professional, cheerful, with a great caring attitude. I have several business accounts and have dealt with Andrew for many years.... extremely helpful and really understands what outstanding customer service is all about!!

Professional and Exceptional services. Joseph knows the banking procedures on closing a deceased account that has a balance under the state limit, without requiring a short form. He was able to close it quickly, less than 15 minutes. Other 3 branches I went to didn't know the process and would require a short form from the court and probation to close a deceased account.Generally, banks cannot close a deceased account until after the person's estate has gone through probate, if the balance is over the state limit. kudos to Joseph!

I only maintaining a checking account at this Bank. They've always been great with customer service. This location is exceptionally easy to get to, however their driving ATM is very difficult to reach to the car window. This location is accessible off of Route 1 South and State Farm Road. Parking here is free and plentiful.

Stopped here for the first time to make a deposit at the drive thru and waited for about ten minutes while the girl inside had conversations with two other people working in the bank. I felt like she didn't really care how long she made me wait.

Such a great place to watch a game! I'm not even a baseball person but this place was clean, offered lots of great food and drinks, wasn't too crowded... I'll definitely be back!

Food is excellent and the site lines are great. Lots of fun stuff for the family. Spend a little extra and take Hall of Fame seats it's a very confortable area yo enjoy the game.

This is a great stadium. I love the huge liberty bell out in center field. The outfield areas are really nice, with nice food and close-up to bullpen. The food is also great.

Love the experience here. Great view of the city in the one section. Everyone was so sweet as it was my sons first game
