I am a huge Costco fan. This is my first time at this location. It's a smaller location. When I went it wasn't super crowded which is rare for a Saturday afternoon. Minimal samples today but that's always hit or miss. So many great deals. I had to get my $2 pizza slice.

I had a nail in my tire that triple a said was fixable. I went to other auto shops and all of them said they were unable to fix the tire and that I would need to buy four new tires. I took my car to Costco for the new tires. I paid for them and they said it'll be ready in a couple hours. I received a call from Costco saying "we just looked at your tire with the nail in it. We can definitely fix that. We will refund you for the tires. The tires that you have are still very good." Thank you Costco for working with me, being honest, and doing what other auto shops wouldn't do. I truly can't thank you enough.

We love Costco for many reasons. The buyer definitely gives great thought on what goes onto the shelves and store. We find things here of such great quality and cost that we can’t find at other supermarkets.

What else do in need to say. Their return policy is superb. It can be crazy during the holidays. But their products are competitively priced and very quality. I'm glad we have one Costco in this area. Midwest people may have to travel 45 min to an hour to get to a Costco.

This Costco was pretty good. It's clean and the staff is friendly. It started the friendly greeter and also when leaving the store. It was clean, brightly lit, and well organized. We found what we couldn't find in our local, poorly stocked warehouse-- with rude staff who talk with each other while working, eat the samples before the customer, has overcrowded, cramped parking with dirty carts - and unkind and unfriendly customers; folks be happy with this one!! Sometimes you don't realize what you have. I was in the area about 126 miles away from home to find adequate parking, a nice selection of eyeglass frames, vitamins, and more! We also gassed up and left happy.

I was racist in this store today. The employee's name is Chris.(Executive worker) I have already been confirmed by my staff to calculate my information. nevertheless The staff Chris came to me and confirmed that this card was really mine. I told him that my information was already confirmed ... I asked again why I check it again, He does not answer, His attitude was very rude, It was aggressive, I showed bad feelings about Asian. I watched while eating pizza I saw that him to act only to minority Asians or blacks. If this is the norm of implicit behavior in the Costco store, I think this can be a very big problem. Whether reorganizing employee education again, For those racist acts, they must be responsible or disadvantageous. It is very sorry and sad to have this experience in this age.

Umm the guy with the glasses who who constantly harasses people to upgrade their membership every time is ridiculous. Sorry sir this day in age I do not have the extra money to do that and when I kindly decline you should not push it further and harass the customers . Family in front of me said they are thinking about not coming back and renewing their membership this year bc it makes them feel so awkward bc they can't afford it. .

The pizza was overcooked. Unfortunately, I was unable to try and place another order due to my concerns about how the pizza looked. I wish I just asked for a refund after paying and then checking the pizza. Once the pizza sat for a while. The reheating process was terrible! By far the worst Costco pizza I've ever ordered.

I love this Costco! Today I had the very unusual experience of waiting for quite some time for help, and two Costco employees who were working very hard asked if I had been helped, and then a supervisor walked by and stopped. I told him I was waiting for a re-print of my receipt and he immediately said he was personally making sure I could go thru the exit without one. Costco employees are wonderful - they truly go the extra mile. Their products are excellent and if you need to return something, no problem! Thank you Glen Mills Costco! May employees find time for relaxation during the pressures of the Christmas season!

I am tired of showing my ID multiple times, especially at checkout when they want to see a photo driver’s license to corroborate your identity, but they can’t take a moment to scan your bulky items.A little customer service when you’re ID-ing us so much would go a loooooong way with your honest customers. My experience today at this Costco was alienating, just awful.

Have great prices for buying in bulk. They have an amazing dessert selection. Produce is amazing. Their pizzas are amazingly delicious and you get a large pizza is about 16”-18” in diameter for $9.99 can’t beat that price. Cases of water is only $3.99 for a 48 count 16.9 FL oz. Purified or spring water (Kirkland brand) Everything is amazingly priced can’t beat it. Fresh vegetables & fruits (some in a walk in refrigerated section) bring a jacket if you plan on spending time in the refrigerated section Bought desserts for a family reunion and were absolutely delicious and prices were reasonable. Definitely worth the trip! Gas ⛽️ for members is $3.55 gal the only other place that could beat that is Giant gas with $0.20 or more off a gallon. Saved me an extra trip to get gas. Definitely recommend Costco it’s clean, organized and everyone working there is pleasant and quick to get you through the register lines. Usually no wait on Tuesday-Thursday’s. Pick up a pizza Thursday and just reheat for Friday night dinner! ?They also have amazing chicken pot pies ?(approximately 16” round pan) just heat and serve, cost less than it would to make it yourself & saves time. My experiences have always been great.

Costco is, without a doubt, my top choice for shopping, and here's why. Firstly, the gas prices are consistently affordable, which is a big plus. When it comes to shopping for groceries and other goods, Costco offers excellent value for money. Their prices are competitive, and the quality is usually top-notch.One thing I appreciate about Costco is its straightforward and logical layout. It's easy to navigate, making the shopping experience efficient and hassle-free. Whether you're a regular or a first-time shopper, you can quickly find what you need.

I've been a member of Costco for a few months now, and while there are definitely some perks to shopping here, my overall experience has left me underwhelmed and regretful about my membership. Let's start with the positives. Costco's food selection is fantastic. The quality, variety, and value of their food products are hard to beat. From fresh produce to bakery items and bulk goods, you can find some incredible deals on high-quality items that make the REGULAR membership fee worthwhile if you're a frequent shopper. However, my enthusiasm for the food is dampened by the less-than-ideal aspects of shopping at Costco. First, there's the incessant card checking: you have to show your membership card twice, once to enter and again at the checkout. It's almost as if they think you're going to sneak in after the first check. This constant card flashing can be annoying and feels unnecessary. I saw in another review that they tend to be more aggressive with the card checks with minorities, and while time will tell if that is the case, I have to say that I am NEVER skipped. Six people passed the greeter at the front the last time I was there, but he was sure to stop me and say "CARD." Every time I go, I've noticed that people have passed with no effort, while I have never had that success. It definitely feels weird, and initially, I assumed I was just unlucky, but after reading similar experiences from others, I can't help but wonder. Furthermore, the persistent promotion of the Executive Membership is a bit exhausting. They seem to push it at every opportunity, and it's not a great fit for everyone. If it were as great as they say, they wouldn't have to work so hard to push it on folks. If you don't spend thousands of dollars a year at Costco, it might not be worth it, making these sales pitches feel excessive and pushy. Not just at the register, where it would make sense, people will literally bug you while you are reading a label or trying to converse with family to interject an upsell. My biggest frustration, though, has been with Costco's customer service. I recently purchased a refrigerator, and it arrived late and damaged. When I contacted customer service, it took far too long to get a response. They initially offered me minimal credit, which seemed inadequate for the damage to a fridge. When I opted for the repair, the communication between Costco and the technician was abysmal, causing weeks of delays. It's currently October 3rd, and I'm still waiting for my fridge to be properly fixed after reporting the issue on August 30th. This level of delay and miscommunication is simply unacceptable. In conclusion, while the food selection at Costco is fantastic, - it's not enough to outweigh the frustrations caused by the membership policies, subpar customer service, and potential disparities in card-checking practices (...and there is a Wegmann's close-by). Constant card checks and aggressive promotion of the Executive Membership can make the shopping experience less enjoyable for some. Additionally, the slow and ineffective response to a damaged product has left me deeply dissatisfied. I will not be renewing my membership, and I already regret that decision a bit. I hope Costco takes these concerns to heart and works on improving these aspects of their service in the future.
