I was advised by another CVS to call this location to verify if they had my husband's diabetic medication. The pharmacist told me that CVS location only serves their community and employees. I find that disheartening for someone to say that comfortably without asking about the patient's information or not want to provide service to a patient who needs a medication to have a good quality of life due to his/her zip code. I would hope CVS makes sure all employees are aware to stay professional due to they are representing the company and not themselves. I have never experienced this with any CVS locations before and hope it was the last time.
