The third party delivery service on appliances is a scam. There is a laundry list of reasons for them to refuse to install your appliances. Their trick is that they take the old appliances first (once old is on the truck it’s considered their property).Of course they had no problem accepting cash to complete the install even if it goes against the laundry list of reasons. If you don’t offer cash one of two things will happen. 1). They take both your old units and the new units back leaving you with nothing or 2). Leaving the units sitting outside or in your living room leaving you SOL.Home Depot gets to hide behind the “third party” excuse.Cautionary tale. I ended up giving them cash in order for them to install my units. I felt dirty about is but what else am I gonna do, have no appliances??

All around decent store. Usually has everything in stock and finding someone to help you usually isn't a chore

I own a service dog training company and I have worked all over the country. I have found this particular Home Depot, in Glen Mills, to be the least friendly.

I can't see that this particular Home Depot is noticeably different from any other Home Depot I've ever been to. Lots of mediocre merchandise you're sure to find in millions of homes. Nothing special. Prices are better than some places, but that's probably from exploiting their workers.

I was charged additional fees for tool rental for scaffolding for not returning parts that were not given at time of rental. I received a hodgepodge of random parts that could not be used. I had to use my personal pins to secure the scaffolding to make it safe enough to use. Then when I returned the rental, I was charged for missing parts. I explained that I brought back everything that I was given and they could review all the extra parts that do not go with the scaffolding that were also returned. Therefore, this should prove that there was no inspection or manifest for items that were missing. I offered to return home to ensure I did not leave any pieces in my home. Then when I confirmed, I did not get an answer when I called the store, corporate customer service told me they cannot help, and I am left with paying $35 for wheels that I never received. Outside of the frustration of not having the parts needed for the work I was doing on my house, it is beyond belief that I would then be charged for items that are not listed on the rental agreement, not inventoried, and not confirmed when I picked up the rental. No more home depot for me!!

This is a well stocked and clean Home Depot. We were able to find what we were looking for easily. This Home Depot is also conveniently located near two major highways and has plenty of parking.Overall a this was a great experience and would go back again if I'm in the area.

Home Depot robbed me and my family of an estimated $2,800. Trust of service and truth from a large corporation and customer service. Home Depot delivered a washer appliance to my home. While leaving my home, their truck hit and destroyed a fence and a tree. The estimate for repair was $2,800. After claims and an appeal, the company said they did not hit the fence and would not be paying for any of it. They in fact and absolutely in total truth, did do all this damage. But decided to be complete crooks and said no we did not and won’t be paying for any of the damage. Total faith in anything from and about them is gone. Be aware that this is something that this company will do.

Went out of my way today to get there so I could complete a job and tried to purchased about 50.00 worth of stuff. All Ihad with me was cash and they refused to take it (not at the self checkout) ...they said the machine could not cash a 100 dollar bill ... The young lady was so disrespectful as was the (so happy to tell me no )mananger. They seem to be REPLACING their personal political policies with store policy..Closing my CC with them also... to those who didnt read .. wallet was not with me cash was....

Who ever is the supervisor for this home depot needs to get fired, I live down the road and I try coming here and every time! There is never a change, the plumbing section is an absolute pigsty, it is literally an absolute abomination. I can see it being messed up for a day or two but this is years. Every time I walk down this isle, you cannot find a single thing, like how do they keep track of inventory. Pure laziness and unorganized disgusting store. The Lowe’s in Brookhaven makes this place look like an abandon Kmart.

Went to the store today.10/18/2023,to pick up an ordered package. The female at the Pick Up desk was rude(no smile, hello, nothing). While my husband went out to retrieve the truck for loading, we had to pull the items out to the car without any help. and then load the items onto the truck ourselves. Probably won't return to this Home Depot again. Not the first time this has happened to us at this store.

Flooring department tried to tell us that the floors were uneven, needed to be ripped out, and that a leveler was required to “fix” the problem. Thankfully, Avalon Flooring just installed our beautiful new floors without any of those fake type money grabs and did the job wonderfully for $1,500 less. Don’t trust Home Depot to have your best interest in mind.
