This is one of the worst locations I’ve been to. The staff were unfriendly and showed clear favoritism toward other customers, leaving me completely ignored the entire time I was there. It felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming, and I wouldn’t recommend visiting this location.

This Lulu Lemon located in the Glen mills area is great with lots of collection. The parking is shared and ample. The customer service is not great for a Lulu lemon store. The collection is great and definitely worth visiting. The store is maintained well and clean. The online inventory and its related store availability is accurate and great. I will check out this place again at a later time.

The Lululemon store in Glen Mills, PA is amazing! The store is bright, clean, and beautifully organized, making it so easy to shop. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming—they’re always ready to help you find the perfect fit or make recommendations. I really appreciate how knowledgeable they are about the products and how they take the time to make sure you’re happy with your purchase. The quality of the clothes is top-notch, and this location always seems to have a great selection in stock. Shopping here is such a pleasant experience—I’ll definitely keep coming back!

In previous visits to this location the customer service hasn't been great. I stopped in yesterday and the girl at the register was so nice and also so helpful.

Worst Lulu store I’ve ever been to simply because of the workers and their level of customer service. It’s worse than bad every single time. I feel pre stressed just going in here but it’s the closest one to me by a long shot. Shop online or drive to another location. Trust the bad reviews.

I am an avid lululemon shopper but I don’t know if I will be after today. There was a racist manager there named Andrea. She told me she is a manager, but certainly does not act like one. She was extremely rude and discriminatory towards me and was very nice to other persons who were not black. She needs a few classes in customer service or maybe try to hide her racism a little better, since she clearly has an issue with a woman of color shopping at Lululemon.

Just because I’m black that doesn’t mean I’m stealing. After being a loyal Lululemon member for years, I have never experienced such intense racial profiling while shopping. I was approached so many times that I nervously dropped my belongings because I was so startled. The staff didn’t think I had the money to purchase the pile of clothes in my hand, even though I successfully checked out . I was asked to present my ID because they didn’t believe my member phone number/ profile was actually mine. Such a shame! I will never come to this Lululemon location ever again!
