Had to replace my pressure valve for my shower. I had no clue what I was doing but because of my handle WB I figured out who to call. They walked me through patiently on what I needed and let me know immediately that the valve had a 100 year warranty and did not hesitate to get me the new one I needed. I also needed a new handle which between that and shipping was under 20 dollars. It arrived very quickly and when I was confused on what to do next I called and prompted my way to tech support very easy and quick. Joe walked me through and with his help I did it quickly and it works. These guys are what good customer service should look and feel like when calling for help.
