Great displays. I love to pop in to see what colors and special items the staff has combined in their seasonal displays. It gives me so many ideas for home. The design center in the back is very tempting for that specific touch you may need to finish a room. They always manage to bring some magic to their spaces. For people with mobility issues they may have some difficulty getting around the displays. The main areas are clear, but there were choke points. I recently had a fantastic experience at the Glen Mills PB store. I was looking for a specific frame as a gift, but unfortunately it was sold out. The team went above and beyond to help me and even located the display frame so I could still give the perfect present. Their exceptional customer service truly stood out — I highly recommend this store!

I bought a sectional with Pottery Barn and they promised the delivery for May 13- 27, it is late and they don’t have a clue when it is goin to be delivered. Their customer service is terrible. Nobody helps me, they are lost, totally disorganized. I have a long planned vacation, I am not going to be home for few weeks and when I am back we will have guests. Are they going to seat at the floor? I asked my money back and they refused. No sofa, no money, expensive stuff, $6.2K they really don’t care. Stay away from Pottery Barn, not a store that can be trusted.

I ordered flatware from PB back in July... partially paid on a giftcard $190, I owed $19. I provided my debit card to be charged. They said they would ship to me. Its now 3 months later and I have yet to receive my product. I've called every other week for 3 months... on the phone with them 90 mins at a time. They have stolen my money at this point. I'm so very disappointed in their customer service. For what they charge for goods this is absolutely unacceptable.

Amazing customer service. Was going back and forth with corporate customer service on a warranty issue. Decided to head to the store. John Paul cleaned it all up in less than 10 minutes. Great in store customer service experience!!!! Plus all the sales associates were pleasant, welcoming, and were generally interested in solving my issue. Great store because of great people!!!

We had gone into another location and we were dismissed pretty quickly and when I asked if they had the leaf to the table to see it the lady treated me like I was asking for the world to the point where I apologized profusely to her for asking. What a difference a location makes!!! Came to Glenn Mills to place the order and EVERYONE was friendly, fun, kind and helpful. There was an issue with my payment and everyone helped to fix it. I can’t wait to get my table and I can’t wait to shop here for our next piece of furniture! Thank you Elissa and everyone for being so kind…

I love Pottery Barn but it makes no sense that this location closes at 6pm on a weekday. Very inconvenient for people who work during the week. I had no idea that a national chain would be closed so early on a Wednesday. Bummer.

Why oh why can I not give *zero* stars? I mean worst of all, the dining room table wasn't refunded after return - and it has been a couple months since they came and picked it up. The table was expensive, seemed to be an unfinished sponge, not appropriate for food or drink, and especially not with children. At this point I wish we didn't order another one from them several months ago, but don't worry that hasn't arrived or been scheduled yet either, presumably another 2k down the toilet.
