5/15/24 Yesterday, my Mother-In-Law turned 100 years of age. We had a nice celebration and took many photos. One group photo, was especially sentimental and we wanted to make copies. We headed to Staples and we met Daniel Deutsch, who was the General Manager. He walked us through the process of getting our photo transferred from our phone, to an 8 x 10 size. He then made us some 5x7 shots. He was a big help, in getting the photos, looking great. In addition, we purchased an 8 x10 frame. We were having trouble getting the photo sized and John helped us with that issue, and it turned out beautifully. We greatly appreciated the super customer service these two men provided to us. They represent Staples in 5 star fashion and it's always nice seeing employees enjoying their line of work. You can be very proud of them. So, thank you Staples! They charge more if you want your printing done now. I dont pay more for a cup of coffee if I want it now as opposed to next week. Or gas for my car or groceries. Most of their customers are business people and we cant charge more for our products and services for prompt service. Why do they think we'd want to pay more then? I'm not talking complicated order- I'm talking make me 50 copies please.

[1093] 7/2020 This Staples location is located off Baltimore pike near the Home goods /Marshall's I had a hard time finding it in the shopping center since the center is kind of chopped up. This location had all the items i needed. Plenty of parking I'll be back

Awesome customer service!!! TonE was amazing!!! Not a typo that's how his name is spelled on name tag. Funny story behind it as well. He came up to us checking on us to see if we need help or his expert option. He showed us options that we did not see. He was running around checking out price to see what was best option for us. This is how customer service should be. Going above and beyond for your customer. Staples do not be a fool and let him find another job. Make him a manager Now. If not I could use him at my business. Staples I always have a good experience here but this one was really great

This is by far the best Staples in the area. The employees are all so incredibly kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The 5 stars is for the outstanding customer service and friendliness on staff. Thank you.

This store is hands down great! Everyone is really helpful but I must give credit to Eric and Aaron they are outstanding. They both have helped us with many technical issues and never failed to help. This store is very lucky to have them both on their team.

Tom in the printing center saved the day and our vacation to Belize!!!! Friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I would definitely return to this location for any printing needs.

This review is for the Print & Marketing center and Cory, in particular at the Glen Mills location. I needed - of all things - a document to be laminated (people still do that??) and thank goodness for Cory and his help and advice. We have also shopped at this Staples location for "back to school" supplies. Glad it's here!

i called to inquire about electronics recycling and was told that they took TVs for recycle. upon arrival to the store, was told that THEY DO NOT RECYCLE TVs! Thanks for the poor information. I could have taken it to any number of places and saved myself the ride - OR is it a come-on to get you to the store? The national chain policy is to recycle the products that they sell - is is deceptive...

Needed to get an important document scanned quickly guy at customer service with passive aggressive issues walks away right when he knew I had to have something scanned in less than 5 minutes (before 5pm when the office I was sending it to was closing) Comes back when I had about a minute left. Then after showing my frustration he says he refuses to scan because of my tone of voice with him?!!?#!! Will never go back to that staples again!

Went to this location first to fax time sensitive items. I tried 3 times and got a result that stated that the fax was NG, which no one seemed to know what that meant. They suggested I call the person I was faxing to. This was a Saturday, and the business was closed, so I explained that to them. So they told me that the number was probably bad/wrong, or that something was wrong with the recipients fax machine. They didn't bother to trouble shoot with me or anything. So I ended up looking for another place to fax my stuff to and it went through. Associates NOT helpful.

Very nice Staples in a good location for me... Helpful, but not overly so, staff... Oddly enough, I got my Halloween candy from here this year since they had given me a 20% off coupon during my last visit - whodathunkiT!?!

This location always appears empty from the parking lot, and when we went in, there were only a few other people in the store. Staples has evolved over the years and now seems a bit confused about what it is. They have a whole aisle of things like GPS systems, and food is everywhere, especially near the front of the store. I did find some great basics here- a fan, a recycle bin (nice height), a trash can, printer ink, copy paper, etc.- but they have a small selection of items and some of it seems a bit overpriced. For example, I wanted to get a shredder. They had about 10 options. Their cheapest shredder was $50, and the most expensive one was like, $400 or something ridiculous. Some of their office furniture and chairs looked nice, but were significantly expensive than pieces I've seen elsewhere. It seems like if they were able to focus on a smaller spread of items, they would be able to offer more options at better prices. The guy who checked us out was very nice and knowledgeable. However, there was nobody on the floor to ask questions of, so we had to wait in the checkout line to ask a question about where something was in the store, which took awhile. I'll be back the next time I need to grab something specific, such as printer ink that I need the same day. Otherwise, there are probably better options elsewhere.

This Staples store is in Concordville Town Centre, a fancy strip mall in Concord Township. Parking is more than sufficient in this area. The selection of office supplies at this store is standard for a Staples store. Employees are quite helpful. However, like all Staples stores, this store suffers from less-than-competitive pricing for many technology items.
