Love this target, always clean and employees are pleasant. They usually have pokémon cards in stock and enforce limits which is nice, unlike some stores.

I'm a frequent visitor at this Target, and I realized I lost my keys when shopping this past weekend. I called and spoke with Abby in customer service who was so kind, and she actually called back later when she found another stash of keys to see if any were mine. Truly above and beyond in customer service - thank you so much to Abby for her thoroughness and sincerity! A kind memory that further solidifies why Target is my favorite place to shop.

Disappointed with self checkout staff at the Concordville, PA Target. A fellow customer approached my register's bagging area after I had already placed purchasing items into a bag. She looked through my bag then went to self checkout staff stating she believed she had left an eyeliner in that specific bagging area. The self checkout staff proceeds to enter my space and check my bag without verbalizing this intent to me. She only removed herself from my space when I stated that another male customer had used the same register prior to me. She left again without verbalizing anything to me. I found this disrespectful and a violation of my space and belongings.

Beware of how this target does business and their deceptive practices. One such instance is that they sell gift cards and then restrict the items that you can use it on without providing and disclosures of such information. They will not permit gift cards for purchases of many common items such as other merchant gift cards or certain necessity items in their store. When I asked if they mention all the restrictions at the time of purchase they said no, I asked why and they said it was their policy. When I asked then for my money back from the gift card purchase because I can't use it- they said they refuse any refunds on gift card purchases, also because that was their policy. Just stay aware from this store and definitely don't buy gift cards because you can't use them on many of their items and they won't give you your money back. I am now stuck with a gift card I can't use.

Dear Target Glen Mills,
Can you please let us just use the self check out all the time from the time your store opens till it is closed, and even we purchase more than 10 items . The reason is because some of your cashiers are racist. We just want to go shopping peacefully without being treated like trash by your cashiers. One of them is a middle age woman who checked out our stuff around 10 pm on July 27,2024.

Good Evening Google Family. I decided I wanted to visit a Target after eating lunch at the Aston Diner with Mom today. I wanted to go to the closest one and Google said it was Glen Mills. And it was only 13 minutes away. So we were on our way. I loved this Target location and I will definitely be back!!! It is huge and spacious!!! Probably one of the largest Target locations that I have ever been to. I asked a Target associate where the bodysuits were and she asked the brand. She looked in my clothing and it said All in Motion. I had purchased the body suit that I had on at the Target location in Wayne, PA. She directed me to the area where the bodysuits were and I picked three of them and made sure that they were Medium and then I shopped for some fruit in the grocery section. I made my way to the self checkout counter where another associate took off the sensor devices that were on my bodysuits. I paid for them and I left. I was so happy that now I have four body suits to wear for the summer and beyond. Body suits are my new favorite article of clothing. Skinny jeans are my second favorite. Okay, Google I have to go because I have to put out the trash. Then the Bachelorette comes on tonight at 8 pm. and stays on for 2 hours. I do not want to put out the trash at 10 pm. Have a good night, stay cool and work out!!! I love the fact that this Target location like the one in Wayne gave me no hassle about keeping the hangers. I love it that I have finally found a place to shop that had no issue with me keeping the hangers!! It pays to be persistent until you get what you want!!

This is the absolute WORST store to place a drive up order. Multiple times they haven’t given me my full order and then when I call they are so nonchalant when they tell me they have the items and I can come in and get them. Not once did anyone apologize for missing a bag and when I go in to retrieve the missing items they never apologize either. I get mistakes happen but the lack of caring or accountability of the staff is absolutely astounding. Do better Target!
