I go to this still at least once per week and am always greeted promptly and efficiently by the friendliest group of young people. Honestly, I remark on it every time I leave. If I am given an option of a return, this is where I choose—in and out in a flash!

I had a last minute urgent package that had to be sent and sent quickly. I am blown away by the customer care and service that Lauren W and Rob had at the Glenn Mills location. Rob answered my phone call with various questions with kindness and helped me repack a box when the store was just about to close. This was probably the best service experience I have ever had.

My wife and I don't ship all that much, but this is our "go to" location. Every time we go in there, we're greeted by the nicest, most helpful people. Mary processed 5 photo book packages for me this weekend, and I left, knowing exactly what the process was for delivery, when they were expected to be delivered, and how to track them. I told her I wish we had more stuff to ship because they make it so easy.
