Customer service skills and just general communication ability of the staff working Sunday, October 26, 2025 around 10 AM leave much to be desired. I say “hello, how are you?“ And the reply was “picking up?“ At the end of the conversation I say “thank you have a great day.“ the reply is nothing just staring at the computer screen. The customer should not be providing better “customer service” than the employee.
The pharmacy services themselves were great, waited 15 minutes to pick up a script. I was a walk-in. Thank you to the pharmacist!

It let me schedule for a covid vaccine, and only until I later, after booking an appointment, when I happened to check for prices, I was told I wasn't eligible to get their covid vaccine because it only qualifies for those 65 and older.

We needed an antibiotic for our baby just before they closed. Randy, one of the pharmacists, stayed late to help me get it filled. Very professional and helpful!

First thing we noticed was how high the prices are now and how small the portions are. Sushi hardly had any fish in it. The only thing that was reasonable are their subs. Wegmans used to be a fun place to go with many options and decent prices.

We came for groceries but decided to have lunch before shopping. The sandwiches and salads are always fresh and delicious. I got a fountain drink - love the free refills too!

This place is CRAZY busy on Christmas eve, eve!
BUT they have EVERY register OPEN and they are bagging! Also, everyone is hustling stocking shelves, baking, and doing food prep! This is how you run a store during the holidays! Well done!

The customer service here is exceptional. The shelves are always stocked and if something is missing, an associate will happily stop what they are doing and go in the back to retrieve it. Because of the amount of shopping I do, I have had to ask for items out of stock an obnoxious amount of times and not one associate ever even paused before trying to help. I also have to frequently ask for help locating unfamiliar items - again, associates will stop stocking shelves to walk three isles over to show me the product I often had been staring at the entire time. If I was a mystery shopper this store would receive 100 percent every single time. Wegmans - I appreciate you!!! Please don't ever change!

I was appalled at the ridiculous price increases I had seen on 8-26-2022. I will NEVER walk in that store again for the extreme price gouging from these profiteers. Just an example I noticed a Danny's favorite sandwich was effectively a 70% increase adjusted for reduced portion in about a two year period!! Many other examples..... Join me and boycott this store, which is the only way we can combat these outrageous prices. Even the cashier acknowledged the situation.

You can get cut watermelon for $6, a few slices for $6, or a full uncut watermelon for $6. Hm. Still, good pizza and food court section is slowly coming back to life with the wing bar and more. The grocery side has the same solid produce an fruit selections, meat and bakery areas are good, and the store includes a beer and wine area.

This store has exceptional customer service and I'm always treated with respect here but I must say they don't always have everything in stock. I try to go different days to see if it makes a different. Usually it's fresh and perishable items that aren't fully stock. I do love Wegmans name brand though better than many name brands.

It's hard to believe, but a grocery store has the best pizza around Glen Mills. The two tips I got were getting there early (6:30) and get croissants or chocolate chip cookies while they are still warm, or their Italian bread.

Dropped my daughter off at her prom and needed to refuel. Stopped at Wegmans and was pleasantly surprised at how fresh and delish my quick dinner turned out. Avocado Summer Roll (vegetarian) $5.49 fresh, crunchy with a moderately spicy chili sauce. So good! Spicy Shrimp Roll (sushi) $ 7.99. Fresh, tightly rolled so they held together, wasabi was excellent, small packet was potent. Included pickled ginger and soy sauce. Cooked shrimp with a zesty flavor. Mildly spicy. Sweet Shrimp Spicy Poke Bowl $12.99. Lots of cooked shrimp, fake crab meat, edamame, avocado, arugula,zucchini noodles, cucumber, radish and crunchy rice with a spicy Chile sauce. This was fresh, spicy and cool. Roar Complete Hydration drink in Blueberry Acacia has a berry flavor with a little aftertaste from erythritol. Coconut water based drink. Finished it but would pass on buying again. $3.98

Cheese and Sushi are great that's about it. Saw a lot of managers just standing around the store not actually doing any real work and talking with other managers/ supervisors. Disappointed.
