“I’ve called the flagship store, I’ve called the highest rated stores in the country. I’ve talked to customer support 5 times, I’ve talked to chat 3 times all in the hopes of getting someone to help me, all those inquiries failed. Today I decided to call my law I local Bauer in a last ditch effort to get someone help in deciding which Parka would be best for me. Thank the Retail gods Patrick answered the phone. Not only did he understand and appreciate my concern for finding the right jacket for me, he was knowledgeable on Eddie Bauer products, went and compared them and overall was the BEST retail customer service I’ve EVER had. I can’t thank him enough for taking the time out of his day to help me, and next time I visit an Eddie Bauer. I’m driving the extra 45 minutes to go to Brinton Lakes because they’re on the top of their game.
