They are the worst because they gave me a broken washer and messed up dryer and my dinning chairs broke because their worker didn’t assemble it right and I asked if they could send me a new washer and dryer and they said no so I never will I ever use Aaron’s furniture again because they don’t care about there customers

It was my first time at this store and I completely hated it. We ordered a fridge online, where the store was supposed to contact us for delivery, they didn’t and we had to go to store. Come to find out the fridge is completely dented and destroyed but they were willing to take off a few months which was nice. I decided to add a television as well where I can take it home right there and then. While the associate was signing me up for the tv, another customer walked in complaining about their tv and whilst I’m picking up the tv I’m told it’s no longer available it’s going to the other customer and I can wait until next week for their next stock. Completely unprofessional, not willing to help at all. And they will give you destroyed products. And when I was told 2-3 days for delivery I’m waiting 7-8 days

Love Aaron's. Bought lots of appliances off the floor for about $300 less than a new one. I furnished my entire house with all of the furniture there! Yeah the financing is high but it's perfect cause it was all new and if you can't get credit like me ...the payments are great. I just ordered three more things and I will be getting more. I highly recommend Aaron's for electronics and laptops, furniture.

Friendly staff and always have what I want. Only thing I don't like is they call me every month asking for payment 3-4days before my payment is actually due thats kind of annoying

Bedroom furniture was delivered almost 2 weeks ago and a California king bed had a queen frame deeming set-up impossible. There has yet to be a remedy to this situation and the bed still sits in the living room. No one has reached out in an attempt to right this wrong and these are unacceptable business practices. I'm full speed ahead tomorrow as someone is DEFINITELY going to turn me into a satisfied customer. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!

I did not even get to the process of getting anything from them yet. I went in yesterday to the store located on Chester pike in glenolden and I saw a set I liked. I was told only a part of the set was available at the warehouse. The set was physically in the store at this time. I was told that the store located on frankford avenue had it. They called the frankford avenue store several times with no answer. I was told they would keep calling until they spoke to someone to confirm they had the set. I called the frankford store as well and no one answered. I called the store today to see if anyone ever spoke to anyone at the other store I was told no by the associate at the Chester pike location. She informed me that we could have gotten the one on the showroom floor. We were never given that option. The young lady put me on hold for 20 minutes. I had to call back and she told me she was busy with a customer in the store and call back tomorrow and speak to Jennifer and she hung up. This is so unprofessional and the customer service is horrible. They need to be retrained I called back and she kept hanging up. It is now February 20th at 4:56pm. If she would have told me she was busy I would have just called back tomorrow, but to keep me on hold knowing she was busy is just no acceptable. I will be calling Aaron’s corporate office tomorrow.

The customer service was fair inside the store. The service as far as the delivery drivers was totally unacceptable it took them four days to bring my items that I purchased. The day of the delivery was super late at night. One of the delivery drivers was very rude and unprofessional in every way. The manager that was responsible for the delivery drivers was very helpful and apologized several times for his coworkers actions. I also had a problems with the washer and dryer unit that I purchased. The dryer power cord that’s needed to hook up the unit was too short, So I couldn’t use the dryer unit. The delivery manager said he could have the proper power cord the next day. Unfortunately it took them three days to bring that item. Once the washer and dryer unit was hooked up. I came to realize that the washer machine did not work it did not wash my clothes properly. I’ll call the store back to let them know what the problem was. I was told that I can receive a new washer and dryer set to replace the broken unit. I was also told that I wasn’t able to receive the new units because it was a Saturday and I could receive the new units on that following Tuesday. When Tuesday came I did not hear anything from the store and the units was never delivered. I call the next day and was told that they would have the new unit delivered on Friday. The manager from the store that helped me setup my account was probably thee only helpful one. Besides the manager of the delivery drivers. I can honestly say that this was the worst experience I’ve ever dealt with in my life. It’s totally unacceptable and actions need to be taken ASAP!!!

I was supposed to get a delivery on Friday and it didn’t happen. Saturday I called because I never received a phone call, got hung up on twice and finally a answer a hour before they close that I would get delivery Monday. I call Monday just to hear Tuesday I’m over it. Going elsewhere
