This place was very helpful Akef one of the guys that worked there even went over in behind, he made sure I put the right solution in my vehicle and also did a diagnostic test to make sure everything was ok and I appreciate that.

Spent over 400 dollars on batteries for them to tell me they couldn't install it cause the coolant was in the way....except you don't have to even touch the coolant to put the batteries in. A simple google search or youtube video a 5 year old could find would show them this.

Amazing customer service by Bryan and Emilio! I am from Maryland, working in the area. My car battery was acting up, I brought it in and Bryan (who is hilarious) checked it out, found the issue and even made sure I knew that it was still under warranty (which I did not!) The battery was not in stock HOWEVER when Emilio overheard this he went right to the phone and called the Folsom location (2 miles away) and checked to be sure they had one, and let them know I was on my way. They printed out the info and I was off to the other site where Antwan had the battery waiting, and installed it...I didn't pay a dime! If you are in the area and need anything, go see Bryan and Emilio. Even if they can't fix it, they will point you in the right direction. Thanks fellas!

Absolutely 5 star customer service from this establishment, a young man named Amillio helped me find the exact muffler and exhaust pieces to help me diy my own exhaust setup. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

Hi everyone! First of all, I have had all my parts from Autozone for years but 4 months ago, My car struggled to start and they made me buy a battery, and last Sunday my battery failed and I went to Autozone again, and they checked the battery and said it was damaged so they replaced it for free and then they checked my alternator and found out that alternator was bad from the very beginning. So I bought the battery for nothing. The alternator is bad and causing my battery to get damaged. Anyway, I bought an alternator and went to the mechanic a day later, and they installed the new one. And after a day my car didn't start. I went to Autozone to check my battery and alternator, and the guy said the battery was fine but the alternator was bad. So they sold me a bad alternator + I paid for labor and + I bought a new battery from them which wasn't the problem since the beginning. And now, I have to buy a new alternator and pay labor again, and plus I can't go to work to deal with these things.. The store manager called Karen in Glenolden, she wasn't helpful at all ... Only one guy is very helpful and his name is Carlos.
