Getting texts to pick up scripts and going there to find there was no script to be picked up. Got another text for a pickup and it was picked up days before . Who's the idiot sending these? I just love going there for nothing!

An expired eye medication was given to me in Nov,2024 with 2022/2023 label . The pharmacist claims that l was given the medication 3 years l was diagnosed with my condition last year June 2025and l've been it since Nov, 2024 unknowingly till recently this week l noticed the label. I want this case to be investigate. Bad service

Very rude service. Hang up on me when calling the store. . Paid for delivery. Whatever service they use reused to deliver it. Now picking up and they dont even know if the important medicine she needs will be there. Stay away from here if ypu need medicine

If you actually take the time to read a label and compare products a store employee will immediately start stocking in that isle watching for theft. Pretty annoying company policy. Staff is nice though

Great help the staff knows we're everything is Alice is a great manager and very professional and helpful and friendly and knowledgeable about all the information on the products they sell I have been going there for year's and the pharmacy and pharmacist are also very helpful knowledgeable friendly courteous and always text you when you're medicine comes in and as a former United States Marine they are very respectful and treat me compassion when I am very sick after 11 years of going to them I don't think I have ever had a bad experience maybe at times they are very busy and cannot get to me right away but they always try to do their very best to help you as a person and as a customer of there store I want to thank them for always making my shopping experience with them very good ? DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! They changed the maker of my bp pill i’ve been taking for i don't know how long? Now I have really high blood pressure and no pills! I waited in line for 45 minutes and the pharmacist told me to come back later. I called corporate and received msg that it was fixed and the script was processing… every time the pharmacist held up filling and delayed the process. Now my health is in danger and I need to inform my family that my pressure is so out of control because cvs changed manufacture during treatment, and I am very sensitive to meds. But the change threw my heart into kaos! Next stop will be hospital or death.And customer service ask why I haven’t meds for two days since a had a thirty day supply… you would think that they would know some months have 31 days! After calling all day after, with a pressure of 171/121. Finally found out it was there fault and they should have at least giving me emergency pills I even ask to pay for it or something and they said come back after helping the person before me for 15 min. The next day i come back totally different people… I asked to speak to the manager and I explain what she was wearing what she looked like from the day before but she told me no one was aware of the situation, but I had just called CVS customer service and they let me know that they had just spoken with the location and they were fully aware. And then she just started trying to give me a hard time she close the window on me several times so she didn’t hear what I wanted to say. She started to get aggravated with me and then she used God bless you almost as profanity at me, that was totally disgusting! And she was different from the lady the day before it was this big black girl with a really nasty attitude! She tries to come off like she’s nice, but she has more than one dialect and she twist her words to be sarcastic with you because I’m upset and because I have high blood pressure and I can’t get my pills… she wasn’t upset with her possibilities of.heart problems so why should she take care for mine type of attitude … I can’t make sense of it because it doesn’t make any at all. And she wouldn’t her me just because I was upset spending two entire days fixing their mistake per the insurance said they “charged for 60 pills and then try to run it again twice for 90 pills so it declined every time afterwards because they already had approval for 60 pills and they didn’t want to work out the situation for me while I was there and their systems sent me multiple messages, saying the script had been prepared and they wouldn’t even let me pay for it to save my life! Even though they didn’t say much other than the black girl, the white girl stood there, and pretty much didn’t say much tried to act as though she was listening as the black girl just ran her mouth Or shut the window on me! And what gets me is that these people are very smart… I think they spent all their time, figuring out how they can be lazier or get away with not doing their work! A good company doesn’t hold your life saving medications from you when the insurance company already approved during their first verification and they don't hire cold non empathetic persons.
