Not safe. Don't waste your money here. You'll be lucky to make it out of there alive cause of the poor conditions.

If you wanna live in an apartment with drug addicts and maintenance who does absolutely nothing this is the place for you. Accompanied by the constant smell of weed in your apartment.

So a fire was reported in one of the buildings at Glen Manor. Thank GOD I don't live there any more.
People were awakened from sleeping by local firefighters Weren't there any alarms going off??? I hope the owners get slammed with fines.
