“I had blood drawn here and actually registered on line. Went to facility and there is a kiosk with no staff. Person in front of me was foreign and could not read the kiosk and no one to help..15 min wait and he still got no help..once past the door my tech was more than nice and did the task quickly..results took a bit longer than other places I've been but this place is ok”
“My experience with ARCpoint Labs was seamless. I was a few minutes late, because I had a little trouble finding the office. Upon arrival, I was seen within a few minutes of signing in, & my appointment took less than 10 minutes from start to finish.”

“The male customer service representative is the best in the business! He is respectful polite and knowledgeable. The female med tech who do vitals is also best in the business. The doctors vary but I had a really good one on my last visit. Some of course are mean as they appear. Thanks to the nice ones I overlooked the bad “apples “”
“I was in and out in literally 5 minutes tops with the most painless stick I have ever experienced in my entire life and I've gotten stuck with a needle probably a hundred times at least by now. I honestly had no clue when the needle went in or out. Obviously I was expecting at least a little pinch but felt absolutely nothing instead ?”
“Appreciate that you can easily book same day for an acute (but not dire and urgent) medical condition that doesn't require you to visit the ER! The staff and doctor were attentive and friendly and addressed my concern, plus screening and filling out forms is accessible online.”
“Ended up passing out in the office WHILE having my blood drawn which was very scary especially since I drove myself and don’t have any family in the area. Melvin and Michela were SO kind and professional after I went unconscious. They brought me water, ice, candy and stayed with me until I felt okay again. Their approach to patient care was compassionate and comprehensive. SO glad I passed out at this location and not another random blood drawn place.”

“I was in for a routine blood test for your nurse to withdraw blood from my arm - for the past few years, your previous nurses always had issues finding the vein and would stick me 2,3 or 4 times or switch arms or both, before they found the vein - the most recent nurse only did 1 stick & immediately found the vein and got the blood out &; into 6 to 8 vials in less than 90 seconds….Best blood withdraw nurse I have ever had!!”

“The 2 techs working on 3-12 in the afternoon were so WONDERFUL to my Son. My Son is special needs and is in a wheelchair. He is very strong especially when he has to get blood drawn. It’s a 3 person job typically. I was there myself with him and the to women working could not have been more helpful, kind and caring to him. I held one arm down and the 2 women focused on the arm they were getting the sample from. We were able to get what we needed with no issues. I was so thankful to them I gave each one of them a hug before we left. Definitely will bring him back to this location!!”
“Over all decent experience. Wasn't thrilled with the fact that no one was there to greet me or check me in when I got there , and had to use a kiosk to check in. The process wasn't difficult, but I guess this is the way the world is going. No human greeting anymore. No staff there upon arriving.
I waited a little while but then finally the staff showed up. After that , it was smooth sailing. Very quick. And efficient. A girl named Lisa took my blood and she had to be the most precise phlebotomist I ever encountered. She was quick, accurate, and the procedure was fast and painless. She was pleasant as well once I got into the room. Never had such an easy blood drawn experience. In and out.”
“I’ve had what feels like an absurd amount of blood work done over the last three years and this morning’s experience was my best yet. Steve is now my favorite phlebotomist and I’ll be sure to ask for him whenever I need to go again! I had three vials drawn and barely felt a thing. The transition between vials was smooth, he found my hard to find veins on his first try, and there was zero bruising after (I almost always bruise). He also had excellent bedside manner and that put me at ease.”

“Never really had a need to go to urgent care but I sliced my two fingers open so I had to go here to see about it instead of going to the emergency room sitting for hours I went here and was seen right away the girls that work there and the doctor oh they were the best it was so nice of a visit I would definitely recommend this urgent Care and once again girls I appreciate everything even though they was laughing at My pain ?❤️? the staff was great!! And I even got lollipops when I was done ?”
“Clean, quick and polite! Mary is the best. She drew my blood twice now and has been amazing. My veins are small and my doctor’s office has a hard time taking blood. Mary gets it the first try! She’s sweet and makes you feel welcome and comfortable.”
“This is my third time coming to this LabCorp location. Each time – my experience has been great! I make an appointment in advance, I come in at my appointed time, I am seen within five minutes, I have my blood drawn, and I am out the door. I don’t think it’s ever taken longer than 10 minutes. The people are friendly, professional, and relatively pain-free :-) Great for a chicken like me!”

“They run this place like the marines. Signs were clear to get to the office. Check-in was via a tablet. I arrived a couple minutes before my appointment, 2 people were ahead of me. They collected all my samples and I was walking out the office FOUR MINUTES after my scheduled appointment start. Give these ladies a raise!! Finally!! A place that knows exactly what they’re doing and doesn’t waste your time!!”
“The ladies working here are *amazing*. I took my two daughters (11 & 14) here today. It was my 11yo’s first blood draw and the ladies were so encouraging and kind. They even spoke with such encouragement to them saying things like “you got this!” and “you can do this!” calling them both by their names. They calmed any anxiety they had and did an amazing job getting the blood needed. Highly recommend. Every labcorp should have employees just like these two woman. Fantastic.”
