Was in a terrible bind when my battery went dead. Called and Marika was amazing. Said she get me right in if I could be there before closing. When I got there she already had my in the system, had the battery ready and the service tech was waiting. Unbelievable service!!! Everyone in there was courteous, helpful and incredibly nice!!!

These guys are fantastic. I brought my recently-bought car in for an inspection last weekend. I already knew what it needed for the inspection and they did not try to sell me stuff I didn't need. I requested they test the coolant and brake fluid since I didn't know whether the PO had taken care of this maintenance at the proper service intervals. It tested good. They are honest and competent and great customer service, too. I'll definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks, guys.

I paid $100 for a last-minute oil change yesterday—an outrageous price, but I was in a bind and needed it done quickly. While driving on the Pennsylvania Turnpike today on my way to Maine, my underbody shield came loose because the mechanic failed to secure it properly during the service.
This was not only frustrating but dangerous, and I was fortunate to find a local auto body shop willing to help on short notice.
Due to the clear negligence at this PepBoys location, I am requesting that someone from corporate contact me directly to issue a full refund. I will not be returning to this location, and I hope this matter is taken seriously.

Called to schedule a car inspection and spoke to Lisa,not only did she squeeze me in to the schedule they had the work done very quickly. I would not hesitate to visit this store again. Lisa is definitely an asset and a pleasure to deal with.

I am very pleased with this location! Lisa went the extra mile for me and my family. She was very patient, empathetic, and worked with me professionally to complete an order that was over $1600! I will be sure to use this location again and again. It’s very difficult to find an honest business that conducts honest business, but Lisa made it an easy decision and I’m so grateful for her!

Had AAA drop off my car due to a water pump failure. Got a call later saying it was my transmission? And that they cannot do it. Had to get AAA to come get my car and tow it to another shop where guess what it was my water pump and not my transmission. Guess they just don’t want my buisness.

I was a little skeptical based on the previous reviews, but it was Sunday and a holiday weekend, so we needed quick service and available service. I was pleasantly surprised by how quick they were to help with our issue. Told there was one car in front of us, but still probably took less than an hour from when we entered the door. The female at the front desk was so nice and personable. Problem fixed and we were on our way

Why do you offer appointment times if you can’t keep the appointments? You should take that feature from the website. Customer service desk are staffed with very nice people it just sucks that the service is not provided in a timely manner. If you come here for a simple oil change make sure your whole day is cleared or bring snacks ?
