Horrible service!!!! I wasn’t sent a document the nurse asked me to step aside and to get my information I did so. Took me approximately 2 minutes and she took the next patient. Absolutely rude and didn’t speak. This place sucks and I do not recommend it to anybody. If I could give zero stars I would.

Had an appointment and they just decided to be closed. By the way my appointment was 2 hours after they opened for the day. This place absolutely blows use anyone else but quest and specifically avoid this location

The nurse who did my testing was absolutely wonderful. Her instructions were clear, she was friendly, and when she took my blood I didn't even feel the needle. I made an appointment ahead of time, and after checking in was in the back within 15 minutes.

The lady who did my blood I can't remember her name but please tell her I said she was wonderful and delightful and even truly professional even when another customer was being a "problem" about her check in which she was incorrect but yes I hate needles and she made it painless I really enjoyed her ? The next time I come back I would like to deal with her ...thanks- Steve Rawlings

The phlebotomists was the most competent I’ve ever had remove blood from me. The bruise left behind was minimal, considering I’m been on asprin therapy for over 24 years. I beating felt the insertion of the needle. Kudos

Sat and waited for over an hour just to be turned away. I checked in, which I had to show my insurance card and ID: you would think their system would be smart enough to recognize an unaccepted insurance. Add insult to injury, the women are very unprofessional; loudly complaining about how many people are waiting as if we can’t hear them out in the waiting area. Just trash in my opinion.

Convenient location. Honored my appointment time, the waiting room was full when I walked in 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment time and only 1 person was called ahead of my. I was very worried that I'd be waiting a while and my appointment time would not be honored, so I was pleasantly surprised when they called my name right on time. Very quick and easy. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment rather than just walking in.
