I sorry to write this review, however I feel I must. I have purchased 5 autos from Robin Ford over the past 12 years, 2 trucks and 3 escapes.
Recently I brought my Ranger in for service, computer upgrade, recall items and an inspection.
My truck is a 2021 with 20,000 miles in pristine condition.
The next day after picking up my truck, it overheated and stalled out on the expressway. I had to have the vehicle towed back to the dealership.
After they check it out, they informed me the cap on the radiator was off. They informed me they did not do this and blamed Meinekee, who did an oil change 600 miles previously.
I spoke with the parts department and they charged my 170.00 for the repair. I told them I felt I was being treated unfair, however they stood thier ground.
I then spoke to the sales manager, who was very receptive and understood my problem and even gave me the benefit of the doubt, however he has no power with repairs. His did give me a coupon for a free oil change, worth 80.00
He said he hopes he will not lose my business over 90.00
I answered I him maybe the service department should have thought about losing a 5 car customer over an issue that most likely was their fault.
My business is now over and will bot return to Robin Ford....guess who the loser is?

Robin Ford was great to work with. Ryan the sales manager and Vicki the sales person treated me very well and I do believe I got the best deal out there. They did better than I originally thought they would on my trade and got me back into my favorite card, a Mustang. I've been a long time Ford owner, three trucks and now four mustangs.
