So... this is the first and only wawa I went to that refused a request to make a sausage egg and cheese sizzli? Claiming only pizzas can be made not breakfast sandwiches ? Won't be returning here for sure.

We go to this Wawa often as we frequent the other area Wawas often as well but I wanted to write a special shout out to the one food prep workers the other night. I think her name tag said Aurora. Wawa chicken noodle soup is my #1 go to food when I don’t feel good but they were fresh out and when she told me she could see how sad I was and she went above and beyond to find a replacement. She didn’t have to do that and her customer service did not go unnoticed!

This is one of a few Wawa stores I frequent depending on where I'm going or coming from. I never have issues here when ordering hot food or making a cup of coffee.

Wawa as a whole we can just agree is good for convenience and drunk eats. I go most morning for my morning coffee. At the front register it is always great to see Vivian. She is awesome to everyone who comes through the door. I appreciate her.

This Wawa straight ghetto. I spend probably 3/4 of my pay at a Wawa in Delco. How about my purchase was $35 but yet.. can't get a god damn free cup of ice.. like really? Umm.. maybe if they stopped the workers in the morning that aren't spending a penny in the store but are landscapers or whoever and yet still in their big lunch coolers with the ice, or the kids yeah kids will be kids.. and nobody asking for anything harmful, but you can't even get a cup of ice when you have clearly bought 2 half gallons of THEIR tea. A hoagie, an energy drink, and smokes.. and the least these people could do is give you a cup of ice. Okay I get it, the ice machine is down is it them turning it off because I worked in one here in Delco and I see how they can turn it off when people are over using it okay that's for the people going in and not spending money someone like me I'm their deli everyone and everyone while in Delco knows who I am because I'm there so often and I can't even get a couple of ice? Then you say excuse me and you asked the people behind the deli and their answers no sorry we can't do that, so then you question him . At what great customer service skills because you know why he walked away! Wawa this is disgusting straight up it's a cup of freaking ice, so I'm hoping that the other person in the other customers that were near me and seeing how your associate treated me over ice we are all walking out and going to Royal farms right next door because at least they may appreciate their customer because Wawa does not.. so disgusted.

This old lady cashier was cherry picking who see was checking out; at the other register was a manager who after hearing her has the gall to ask me if I wanna join Wawa Rewards, crazy lack of awareness. At least the girls making food behind the counter were nice.
Suggestion: Don’t have ignorant people behind the register handling the customer face to face

This certain Wawa location on W Ashland Ave and N Macdade Blvd has great staff members that are willing to help out customers. The food wait times are very fast but I just have a problem at this certain location with the person that prepares the food behind the counter. The food comes out fast but seems rushed. My Chicken on a Biscuit had an extremely lightly cooked Biscuit with the chicken felt mushy. Almost felt like microwave chicken strips. I bought a Sausage Egg N Cheese Sizzle at 9am and it tasted old. The Folcroft Wawa is way better on food taste. It just depends on the staff that make the Wawa great. Every Wawa is set up the same. I guess don't order prepared food at slow small Wawas.

Found paper in my sandwich very disgusting I will never return here to this location but the cashier was extremely nice but whoever made the sandwich needs to never handle food again.

The night manager I think his name was Kyle Or could have been Kyrie refused to make a tuna wrap told him I was going to let the story manager know and he said he doesn't care he should not be working in that store he also looked dirty and was playing with his hair
