The bank manager Michelle Washington is wonderful, she helped my family out with a cashier's check fiasco with Rocket Mortgage. She did a great job and was very patient and made sure we got the money back and that we didn't get charged with unfair late fees. If I ever have another problem at the bank, I know who to ask for help!

While I rarely do reviews, I just wanted to shout out the branch manager, Michelle. I went in to close an account for a deceased loved one and Michelle was amazing! She didn’t only make the phone calls needed, she added notes on the account and made sure she got the job done. She also kindly engaged in conversation with me and gave her condolences. If her warming personality wasn’t enough, her perseverance said it all. The effort she showed when it came to making such a stressful task much more pleasant was astounding. Michelle, thank you so much. This was my first time at this branch and I had a lovely experience. 10/10.

Worst customer service provided by a bank. Also long line wait times and you’ll end up arguing with other people for trying to cut infront of you.

Today I visited this bank as I was told to do after experience a scam and fraudent checks and activity. I was really excited about a job I thought I got and didn't see the red flags I gues. as the woman manager was helping me and was on the phone, she continued to laugh with the woman in the other line saying basically I was dumb for believing the scam. she really put me down being these things happen all the time. never going back to this bank!

Thank you, Wells Fargo, for making it clear that I am not valued enough to give decent customer service. This makes not choosing you an easy decision.Inconsiderate phone system wastes my time with messages answering questions I did not ask, then when I finally get through to a banker: no one answers. Not interested in that.

The worst bank 2 tellers 10 people in line half an hour wait ridiculous I will never step foot in that bank again they should’ve never closed the Wells Fargo in Sharon Hill!

The line inside is long (6-7) people and 1-2 tellers available yet a 45 min wait. My husband wasn't pleased to run his car that long in the parking lot. For deposits w a teller even takes long. I've never seen anything like it, and I have been to other branches without this problem. I hope they have made adjustments to this. When a line is long the manager should even chip in, if not then the manager shouldn't chip in.

The tellers are extremely nice but the wait time is insane! From the drive through to the inside. Super slow.. sometimes you’re waiting in line for an hour and a half it’s ridiculous. Even when they finally get to you it takes them an hour for something that normally takes less than 10 minutes to do. Idk whats going on with this branch.

This place always has just one teller working the front, so the wait times are insane because of it. You are a bank you can afford to hire more people.

Only one teller inside when I arrived and 6-7 customers in line. The drive- thru was very busy also. I had food in car, I could not wait. Not enough tellers? Or they were at lunch?Or who knows???

I have never had a problem with any of the teller but the manager deserves 0 stars. We had an encounter about 6 years ago but I did not leave review. Today again he was not helpful at all & the tone of his voice says that he is racist I had to just go to different branch for few wire transfers, ordering new card & doing change of address . I will never enter that branch again because of him. Thanx for not helping today.
