I went to this particular store because it was the closest to my region and I wish I would've gone with my first instinct to go the one in New Jersey because when I got there they barely had any working boots or clothes in my size. In addition, the saleswoman at the counter wasn't really helpful at all and if I didn't ask for help I would've been clueless. When I wanted to try the clothes in the fitting room the sales clerk said I can't because the manager Adrianne left and took the key with her. Also, the assistant said the manager was coming back but didn't know what time that was. I've never been so disappointed in my life and if it wasn't for the discount I received for a similar pair of working boots by the sales rep I was going to put everything back and leave. Very unprofessional!

Went there today to look for scrubs. There was a woman at the desk/register that could see I clearly needed help (because she watched every move I made) but offered none until I asked her for what I was looking for. Once I looked at the area she pointed to I asked if they had anything in my size as the selection was very small and she said they didn't carry larger sizes that would fit me. There were opened shipment boxes all over the floors, barely any room to walk and had I not asked for help she would've just kept doing whatever it was she was doing at the register. Poor customer service and selection. Definitely would not recommend this store.

Horrible customer service. Tried to get a refund for a pair of overpriced work pants that don't quite fit the requirements for my job. Was rudely told that I can't get a refund just because I took the tags off. Well how I am supposed to get a proper feel for them with the tags still on? A word of advice to anyone, if you come in the store and see an old "lady" with dyed orange-reddish hair, don't bother trying to talk to her. The words rude and ignorant are understatements when it comes to her.
Would give zero stars if possible.

Would have been five stars but their credit card machines were messed up people were very friendly and what we looked for was easy to find

The woman who was closing had such a bad attitude, she sat on the phone the entire time I was there and complained about how the hours needed to change back to closing at 6 instead of 7. If I had her name I would file a complaint but she was older with an orange wig. Her customer service skills were horrible and the fitting room was filthy.

Selection was limited.Didn't have the Carhart Jacket that I was looking for. Or hooded sweatshirt either. But the lady was nice and helpful

Walked inside of the store wasn't greeted, but every man that came in after me, she greeted, asked them if they needed help and completely bypassed me as if I was not there then she went outside to smoke a cigarette and came back inside the store, smelling like a pack of Newports horrible, horrible service. I will never go back there. I will give it no stars, but it makes you pick one.

The premier place for construction clothing. And if they don't have what you're looking for they will go far and wide to order it.
