Barely anything on shelves …. And one worker no matter what time of day and outdated self checkouts that ring so slow. They are using the same self check out system they started in the store pre covid … your a cash cow and it is really starting to show

I can't give a full 5 stars because I'm rating for curb side only, and corresponding via text during shopping has been unimpressive. The manners just aren't there. Nonetheless, OK so far since my concern is 1) quality items, 2) timeliness at pick-up. I had to stop using the Waterworks location since they kept giving me bad/inedible produce even after I put a note in the comment section requesting freshness. To date, I have not had an issue with quality at the Shaler location.

First visit to the pharmacy was fine. No issues, smooth sailing. Second visit the gentleman working was so nonchalant and lack luster. As if I was bothering him by being there. It's definitely hit or miss. I wouldn't make it a point to come back to this location.

Really angry with Glenshaw Giant Eagle!! No antibacterial wipes for carts. When I asked the guy at the desk said he we're out what can ya do? Here's what! At Mt. Nebo they have a woman standing at the door. She wipes down each cart as people come in. Obvious they actually care about their customers.

I've used the delivery service a lot since I've had twins. I've had some issues here and there. But it is COMPLETELY ridiculous that when they charged you for items they forgot to send for the delivery and then tell you that they can't deliver those items or remove the charges from your card UNTIL the manager says so...meanwhile the 1 manager who has this approval is gone for the day. RIDICULOUS. It was 3 24-packs of water. I wasn't asking for a refund just to have the items not delivered to me delivered. If I could've gone down to pick them up myself I would've but obviously there's a reason i needed them delivered. This is a ridiculous way to do business. And has cemented that it will be the last time I shop at Giant Eagle. I will continue to warn people against it as well.

Really tired of this stores BS. Consistently raising prices, constantly moving stuff around, shelves limited with stock, and most if all...lousy prepared foods. Bought a rotisserie chicken for dinner today. No flavor, nothing but bone, no meat. Lousy meal. Really considering doing my weekly average of 150 groceries to anyone else. Thinking Aldi might be my go to. We have been loyal customers of GE for 20+ yrs. But not for long. Garage produce, inedible prepared food, high prices....I'm DONE. SO LONG GIANT EAGLE. ANYWHERE ELSE HAS TO BE BETTER.
