We had to switch when rite aid closed, and have had nothing but problems. The lines are long, prescriptions aren’t filled when they are supposed to be, and there have been times when they can’t find prescriptions that should be filled. I understand a bit of a transition period, but this is ridiculous.

The wait time to pick up your RX is absolutely ridiculous. 30 to 40 minutes is unacceptable. I will be transferring my scripts elsewhere. Very disappointing.

Horrible at answering the phone drive thru hopeless n the lines inside are crazy they took on to much that they can’t handle when rite aid closed horrible I’m ready to transfer all my scripts anyways I went for lidocaine patches tried charging me 65 dollars cvs 1.00 Tylenol 8.65 cvs 1.00 tell me how does that work also

Most of us have been patient while the pharmacy absorbs the influx of Rite Aid customers, realizing staff are under a lot of stress right now. However I haven’t been able to pick up prescriptions for 2 days in a row due to the long lines(both inside and drive through). I have waited for up to 40 minutes. I have a new prescription called in. I have never received a text that it’s ready. I called and no one ever picked up. I called back and I was told they were getting it ready yesterday around noon. I don’t want to wait in line to be told it’s not ready. They have had weeks to gear up and have put on more staff (some of which are struggling to get up to speed) but my patience is wearing thin. The pharmacy needs to at least double in size.

6 registers w one person working, confused looks everywhere. Inexperienced staff. Always understaffed. Chewing gum like a teen. Outrageous waits in drive thru. Done. Walgreens here I come

Two miserable ladies gave me a hell of an attitude when I asked to pay with apple pay in the drive thru after waiting in line for 20 minutes, even though I’ve paid with apple pay many times in the past, IN THE DRIVE THRU, with NO PROBLEMS. They gave me a hideous attitude saying it’s “corporate policy”. They’re also lazy and don’t want to do their job. 100% switching pharmacies after this experience.

I don’t know if their phones work, or they haven’t been trained on how phones work, but I’ve spent hours upon hours on hold to no avail trying to find out if they received a prescription or not, only to have to go down there in person, wait 30+ minutes in line just to ask a question (it’s always no.) If someone down there can plug the phone in, it would save a lot of time for us common folk.

I’ve called twice, I’ve been on hold for over an hour. I had one of my prescriptions I typically get online and shipped change and they’re making me go to a pharmacy to pick it up. They never filled the script, it’s been over 2 weeks. I’ve tried calling because I work 30 minutes away during their hours but they never seem to answer. I used to always go to this pharmacy but this is just ridiculous.

Since it’s taking over prescriptions from Rite Aid it is awful it is no longer next day pickup my last prescription took four weeks.

I would not recommend this pharmacy at all !!! I never get my medication when I need it. I call it in and then they tell me it's ready but when I go to pick it up they say we don't have it. Someone is stealing prescription drugs or these people do not no what they are doing. They are very stupid or someone is a thief.I think it's both.. I will be going somewhere else. If Giant Eagle does not do something about this I will be changing Grocery Stores!!!

Giving 2 stars only for the convenience of the drive-thru. Transition from Rite-Aid was not seamless. I’ve tried at least a dozen times to call to speak with an actual person, but you never get anyone. Also put a request for a medication that they do have on file for me & did not bother to let me know ahead of time (so I could discuss alternatives with my doctor) that this medication is not available with no ETA as to when it will be. I’m now on 3 days without medication since I went to pick it up on a Friday afternoon after doctor’s office hours

I have tried calling these people on FOUR separate occasions and they have NEVER picked up. I was on hold for 15 godforsaken minutes.
