My husband and I went to Good Cars LTD 1230 William Flynn HWY, Glenshaw, PA 15116 on November 18, 2017 and put a $1500 deposit on the 2008 Saturn Vue. On Dec 4, 2017 sales manager Rick Gubash continued to provide excuses of why the vehicle wasn’t available yet. The mechanic is busy, the mechanic didn't get a chance to look at vehicle yet, the mechanic is doing inspections on other vehicles, even though it's been 11 BUSINESS days. I went back to Good Card LTD on December 4th, 2017 and the Manager Rick GUbash informed me that he had 30 other people looking at the SAME vehicle that we already gave him a $1500 deposit on. I was totally confused. I specifically asked him why he had other people looking at the car when he had our $1500 for two weeks? He went on to tell me I would have FIRST DIBBS at the vehicle once it was fixed. FIRST DIBBS??? REALLY??? In my opinion, an HONEST business person would have taken the vehicle off the website because we put a $1500.00 deposit on the vehicle. I would NOT recommend this place of business to purchase ANY vehicle. It’s now Dec 7th, 2017 and The sales manager is still claiming the vehicle isn’t available. Hers’s a GREAT QUESTION???? Why don’t you TAKE the vehicle OFF the WEBSITE as available for sale if it’s down for repairs???????

I had a great experience when buying a car at this place. I needed a reliable car for driving long distances to and from work. The salesman was knowledgable and even helped me stay within my budget. When I got the car it was nice and clean and ready to go! Thank you for such a nice easy experience.

AVOID AT ALL COST! We have only had this car for 1 year. I wrote the guy a check for $5000 and thought we bought what seemed to be a decent used car. I had to replace the exhaust down pipe after only a few months..Now my mechanic says the frame is rusted out, needs a new ac compressor, and several other expensive fixes so I'm better off to just junk it. He's having his "Friend" slap inspection stickers on the cars to sell these POS's to people who are looking for a break. I bought this car for my girlfriend and her 3 year old child and to use as a "family" car. They were even with me when I signed the papers and I told him it was for them. He's one shady a**hole ripping off a small family that had trouble even getting that much money! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!

I purchased a Jeep Liberty from GoodCars mid December, I'm very happy with the vehicle, it runs great and is a pleasure to drive. The salesmen even lower the price by $800.00 to help me meet my budget. I'm definitely coming back here for my next vehicle. Thank you for being so kind and taking care of my family and I. God Bless

DON'T. First, they told us the price of $5,500 for a car that had not yet even been inspected or detailed and they obviously had not even looked at because they didn't know it had profanity carved into the passenger side door. The salesman told us that if we took care of the inspection ourselves they would knock a bit off the price. He also told us that they would take care of the grinding on the back brakes and they would buff out the carving on the door. We went through the hassle of taking the car to a mechanic, getting it inspected, and finding out that it needed several hundred dollars worth of work. Then they went back on their word and said they would not lower the price but still expected us to pay for the inspection. They also said they would not fix the brakes like they had promised. Since we we're really tired of shopping and in somewhat of a hurry to replace our car and we already had time, money, and effort invested in this one, we were going to go ahead and buy it, despite them going back on their word. When we brought the car back from our mechanic prepared to buy, they then said that they wouldn't take less than $6,000 for it. That's $6,000 plus the inspection plus the other repairs it needed. I've bought many used cars and I have never dealt with such stereotypical "used car salesman". If I wasn't so mad, I would have been very amused because I have only seen this ridiculous behavior in movies. Oh, and they also made us put down a deposit saying that if we didn't the car would go back to auction the next day. Then the next day, not only was it not going back to auction, if we didn't scoop it up they were going to try to sell it for $8,000. The guy was amazed when we said we were no longer interested.

Amazing car purchasing experience. I have to say, Rick was one of the nicest car salesmen I've had the pleasure of dealing with. I went there to purchase the floating cars from the add above but they didn't have them! So we got to talking and he showed me other amazing items on the lot. Not only did they have a full fleet of trucks and cars, they were stalked with cherry picker trucks, special edition chopped trucks and one of the most impressive limos I've had the pleasure of sitting in. I ended up buying a Jetta from him because he was just so nice and down to earth! But I'm coming back for the limo one day! Mark my words_
