Mount Royal Cemetery is a compassionate and caring business. The staff are helpful, kind, and accommodating. They go above and beyond to make sure families are completely satisfied. They work with people to fit their budget and help with hard decisions. They are amazing and wonderful. The team is known for being exceptionally helpful and compassionate, especially during sudden or difficult times. They are patient and dedicated, going out of their way to assist. This includes helping to locate a resting place, which may require detective work and significant time. They are also thoughtful, offering to take pictures of a grave and place a wreath for someone who cannot visit. Their personal touch and remembrance of past services provide great comfort. Their outstanding service makes a terrible situation much easier to handle. This kindness leads families to feel forever grateful and to plan their own prearranged burials there. The staff's actions demonstrate that there are still amazing people in the world. They make sad days brighter and deserve high praise for their wonderful and caring work.
